Poor services. No comparison with Italiannis in GREENBELT or BGC. I am a big fan of Italiannis but recommend to stay away from the one in Atc. Really needs improvementJust went there again 4 months after my first review. Surprisingly quality of service was still a ale to decline. We ordered drinks and they realized after 15 minutes that they are out of stock. This was our 4th disappointing visit and finally our last

This place serves great Italian food. I’m a pasta lover here so of course, I orderd Baked Ziti. Although, I’ve got to say food here is quite pricey.

For an unknown reason I really don't know why I have a italianni's discount card. Hahaha My sister and I decided to eat there and use the discount card. Service was quite slow, we were too hungry when our order was serve. Too hungry to take pictures.

This Italianni's branch is by far my favorite. In this particular visit we ordered Herb Roasted Chicken, Lasagna for sharing, Baked Ziti, Grilled Porkchop, and Ripe Mango Shake. While waiting they served us their house bread. One is enough per person as a starter if you don't want to get full easily. After 20 minutes our orders came one by one.Their herb roasted chicken hasn't been my favorite. There are better versions of this in other restaurants. It's decent anyway and it comes with rice at the bottom of the chicken. Lasagna and baked ziti are good. Serving size is small though. I just hope they provide parmesan cheese per table so the customer won't have to ask for it. They're an Itallian restaurant anyway. Grilled porkchop wasn't cooked well done. I'm not sure if we have to specify it when we order but we received a medium rare in this visit and I didn't like it. Maybe it tasted better if it was served well done. It also comes with a bowl of rice. Ripe mango shake is good. The staff are not too attentive given that it's a weekday and there are just few customers. They need to be more coordinated so they don't have to ask for my Bistro Card repeatedly. Nonetheless they are friendly.

Service is good but the actual taste is far from authentic Italian. Spaghetti was over cooked and the sauce sweetened. Pizza was above average but nothing memorable. There are better Italian restaurants around the area

I'd like to call your attention to your staff in Italianni's ATC. Our family had dinner there last Saturday, September 8, 2018. We chose to eat there because we recently purchased a Bistro Card. The card is under my wife's name, Ma. Soledad M. Co Seng. When we were seated, a staff asked us if we have a Bistro Card so we gave ours and proceeded to ordering. The food was great. But the service was just terrible! We had 3 senior citizens with us. After eating I gave their OSCA IDs to a staff to have our bill computed. Another staff came back a few minutes later with the bill. They split the bill owing to the fact that we had 3 seniors with us. The total bill amounted to P4,600++. I immediately called the staff who gave us the bill to ask why there was no P1,000 discount reflected on the same. September is the birth month of my wife. He answered because the bill was split and neither of the bill reached P3,000.00. Only the 20% discount was reflected on the bill. I asked to speak to the manager to seek an explanation. She said the same thing, that the bill was split. In the other Bistro restaurants (i.e. Bulgogi in Evia), the staff suggested that we use the discounts included in the Bistro card rather than the 20% senior citizen discount because the former was higher. I asked the manager why such discounts were not applied to our bill when in fact your system will show all applicable discounts/benefits when the card is swiped. She gave us the lamest answer! They did not do that because other customers do not want the discounts/benefits of the card to be applied automatically. If that is the case, then they should ask or make a suggestion. It's not so difficult to do that. In fact, it should be done as part of a good customer service. Your staff should not wait for the customer to inform them of what discount/benefit they want to use. It's all reflected in your system. Your staff are in a much better position to know these things. When I asked the manager to recompute our bill to reflect all applicable discounts/benefits, it came back almost P1,000 lower than the original amount. Imagine the disparity! What's the point of having a Bistro card?!?! I understand that you're running a business and you need to earn money to continue to do business. But what happened last Saturday was just wrong! I guess all your staff in Italianni's ATC need to undergo retraining on customer service!

It’s no wonder why our family keeps coming back here. Italianni’s provides reliable, nearly-consistent, authentic American-Italian recipes from appetizers all the way to dessert. Hopefully, their service continues to improve. If you can, drop by after work or over the weekend for a satisfying meal.

After a long time, I met up with a friend for a dinner meeting at Italianni's ATC.  The place as usual looks good and the reception girl was accomodating.  But aside from those two, the rest of the story is downhill.  When my companion arrived, no waiter approached us to ask if we are ready to order until we had to signal one to come over.   One of my companions ordered for a Pork chop entree .  The order arrived with 2 pcs of chops.. so we were surprised coz that's quite a generous serving even though the meal is still pricey for just two chops.  I got a seafood rice priced at P500+ but it was only the plate that was huge... the rice was ordinary, with a few pieces of squid ring, 2 pcs of small shrimp, a clam, a mussel. But worst part of the dining experience was ! when in the middle of our meal, our waiter interrupted us to inform us that they made a mistake by delivering an order with 2 pcs of porkchop when it was only supposed to be one.  I didnt notice any options on the menu that say one or two, so when 2 arrived, we assumed it was the standard serving size. My companion is already in the middle of his meal, almost finishing the first piece, but the waiter said he has to take away the other piece . we were dumbfounded. Coz normally, in a dining place like italiannis, or maybe it only applies in other countries, if they gave you the wrong order and you have already divulged it halfway, since it was their mistake, they would just leave it and the price difference would just be complimentary.  Since that extra piece of chop cannot and SHOULD not be served to another customer anymore anyway.  The another surprise again, the waiter came back with the same plate and returned to us with the sauce and the veggies but MINUS the chop.  SO where DID THE OTHER PORK CHOP GO? TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT ORDERED 2 PCS??   OMG!!! I AM SURE ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT NIGHT WAS SERVED A 2ND PIEACE OF PORK CHOP THAT WAS ALREADY SERVED AND TOUCHED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER.  IS THIS THE STANDARD PRACTICE???

I am giving it a low rating because of the annoying way they sell their privilege card I mean literally this girl pounces on you and would go back even if you would want to talk to your family. You eat in a restaurant to enjoy good food and to catch up on stories. The food is a different story of course, its a 5! So please remove the hard sell! I mean its not like you would go bankcrupt soon.

All staff are not amiable except for Eric. The service is so slow. We waited for 45 min for the food to be served knowing that there are only 3 occupied tables during that time. They are not welcoming at all compared to Italliani’s Moa, greenbelt, etc.
