Wanted to eat something warm for brunch last rainy Saturday morning. Was going to Project Pie for freshly baked pizza but seeing ihop beside it flashed back memories in my trip to the US several years ago. And so i ordered Sirloin Tips and Cakes and the house salad. The server said 15mins, they were served 15mins late. The pancakes we're fluffy but dry and clumpy. And the sirloin over done dry boring, the salad in the photo in the menu even we're green. I got white leafs. Food was bland and terrible. Our bill was P900 and we felt robbed and cheated. McDonalds next door even have way better pancakes for just a pittle under P100. I cry foul and regret having have eaten there.

I'm giving IHOP Filinvest branch a low score for a very poor service. It was a regular morning when we ate there and for some reason, we had to follow up our drinks (coffee, hot chocolate & water) for three times. We are already done with our meal and our drinks have not been served yet, even water. Plus, the foods are a bit overpriced. I'll take Pancake House any day if I'm looking for pancakes.

Had breakfast here after work and I must say they have a lot of choices when it comes to early treats. From pancakes to waffles to heavy meals they have it here. I love how they have a simple and fit type of a meal so if you're trying to stay fit but still want to enjoy sweet treats then this is the place.My friends and I had waffles, pancakes, bacon and eggs and we tried to finish it all. Serving is big so it's just worth the price although it takes time to get. Would definitely try out their pancakes some other time.

We ate here for my mom's birthday for breakfast. We ordered, obviously, the pancakes with other things like bacon and sausages. For an American restaurant, the sizes are small. The prices are high. The staff are really good though. Super friendly and helpful. For future breakfasts, we just plan to eat in pancake house.

My first time here and I must say, I am satisfied with the food that I ordered (beef tapa with scrambled eggs and garlic rice) except the house blend iced tea which I find too sweet and synthetic. I must also agree with other people though that it is indeed overpriced. IHOP might want to reconsider that, otherwise, they won't be able to build loyal diners. The ambience is ok but I've noticed mosquitoes. The staff are very warm, welcoming and polite.

First time trying ihop and my expectation was high since ihop's international and all. When I got my pancake they were not that good. It's pale and not fluffy. There are lots of varieties for the syrup but I'm not after that. Their pancakes brought me down. Gave it another shot one time and still didn't like them. Pretty pricey too.

Okay honey, let's face it. Ihop is pretty darn expensive but it's iHop, what can we do. The food is a-okay, the pancakes are amazing, but this review is solely intended for iHop Filinvest City. The service sucks big time! I'm just feeling generous to give a rating of 1.5 and they dont even deserve it. Me and my friends waited for almost 2 hours to be seated, almost 15 minutes to get our orders take, it's okay to wait for the food that's understandable but to wait for your water for another 10 minutes? That's too much. I just hated my experience here.

The plus side - it looks way better then the ihop in the US. The negative side - probably everything else. The flavor of the food is nothing great. The price is premium. It's more bark then bite. Would I go back at the resto? Probably not. Pancake house is way better. I'll give it a 4/10

Fluffy and rich with cheesecake goodness! I like how imperfectly perfect the two buttermilk pancakes came out. This was creamy and flavorful. Topped with syruped strawberries and whipped cream, this was good sans any syrup.  We tried out the two variants of IHOP International House Roasted Flavored Coffee: Swiss Mocha and French Vanilla. I was surprised at how big the mug was. That could have been two regular mugs of coffee. Both were just okay. Nothing outstanding in terms of flavor but a good coffee nonetheless.By choosing their Specialty Fiesta Chicken Wrap, I was trying to be healthy; hence, the bowl of fruits. And I think I succeeded? Haha. This chicken wrap contains grilled chicken, melted cheeses (cheddar and jack), corn, salsa, ranch dressing and lettuce. Though it was a bit hard to eat this (coz it was big), I would probably order this again on my next visit. It was very flavorful with all the ingredients blending well on one’s palate. Really good.

this is not my first time to try ihop. first was in bgc after the hype of the long line ive finally tried it. well supposedly i should try their pancakes but opt for the savory meals. my last 2 visits orders were the salad, fish and chips, spanish omelette and breakfast set. i really love how generous and tasty their dishes were. for this 3rd visit we ordered the beef tapa and chicken wrap, iced coffee.happy with what we ordered. iced coffee was bottomless and it tasted just fine. i was so full of the size of my chicken wrap i didnt finish the other half. for the beef tapa their meet was high end. ave. cost per meal is p400 but great for sharing. ambiance is a typical diner not much decor.
