The Best "sisig" I've ever tasted !My friend's husband is very loyal to local cuisine and the couple invited me for a dinner at this Filipino resto. Since they have already been frequenting this place by the way they rattled their orders without looking at the menu, I just let them order the dishes. How glad I was when the the first that they put on our table was the pork sisig! I had already tasted this from other similar Filipino restos but there was just this rightness in the way Giligan's prepared this. It was crunchy yet not too hard that you'd endanger your good set of teeth chewing it, it was very tasty but not too creamy which was balanced by the kalamansi that you have to squeezed all over before mixing. We had to order 2 since it was the dish that we were all spooning into our plates :DThe rest of our orders were also good, especially the sizzling beef. I guess they have pre cooked the beef before it was ladled into the sizzling plate since it was also tender and well seasoned. The fried tofu with the fried pork was done right too, the tofu was sliced in the same size as the pork, and fried just right to make it crunchy on the outside and still very soft on the inside. Judging from the tables occupied, this must really be a good place to indulge in local cuisine :) Service was efficient but not friendly, to think that it was just 6 PM.No wifi and the water they served smelt and tasted like it came from the tap, so we ordered sodas instead.

Sisig is always good but aircon and interiors are dilapidated. Some of the orders were forgettable.i think time for a renovation. Ordered pork /beef something was tough as Rubber.
