Definitely go for the diy... The set bowls don't have as much poke. I ordered the small with salad base, should have gotten a large. Will definitely come back.. I don't like the location. The Robinsons venue is very nice but it is difficult to get to if you don't have an Ayala Hills sticker..

I enjoy going to DIY Poke for a meal. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious and the selection is pretty good for such a small scale restaurant. I believe I've been here three times already and each time I've tried new kinds of combinations for the bowls. There are just so many possibilities to mix and match for a good price. The raw fish is fresh, the sauces are great and the toppings add fusion to a typical Japanese tasting bowl of sashimi. The servings are worth the price and serving time is fairly quick. Over all I will still be going back to try more combinations! I just hope they expand as the restaurant can only accomodate so many customers.

I woke up craving for poké bowl just this morning. So we decided to have dinner at DIY Poke. We had 3 bowls, 2 DIY, and 1 Signature Sumo Bowl. This is my second visit here, they got fresh Sashimis, and ingredients, tasty sauces. Everything's going well while we're enjoying our very delicious bowls. But we were sooooo disappointed when my uncle got a piece of curly hair in his bowl. We do not even know where it came from, it was prepared right in front of you, so maybe it's mixed with the ingredients. The management should do something on their sanitation. My uncle was just really nice to ask the staff to replace his order. My mom and I did not finish ours. Food is really good, but what we experienced was a huge disappointment.

It was somehow pricey, serving wasn't too little but it wasn't that loaded neither so I guess I could say that it's just fair. I tried the diy poke and it was ok. I like how it turned out in the end. Place was too small, service was kinda long but I was still happy with my order and the taste of the sauces that I mixed.

I have tried numerous Poke Bowl places in the US and even in Hawaii and I can say that DIY poke stands out for its taste and the option to fully customize your bowl. The fish are very fresh and the sauces offer a great combination of whatever flavor you would ever want. The service is great and the place has a good atmosphere. I would definitely go back.
