A family-friendly Filipino restaurant where we used to dine with my in-laws. I love the sinigang, kare-kare and the patriotic pseudonyms they give their crew (check out their name tags when you dine here).

Craving for lutong bahay - filipino food? This is the place. They serve a wide variety of filipino food you will always crave for. I love their adobong pusit and kuhol sa gata. I love how reasonable their price is and serve it with great quantity. You will leave the place — Busog, lusog and sulit! :)

If you're looking for a restaurant to bring your loved ones from abroad or foreigners who'd love to try Filipino cuisine, please bring them to Crisostomo. We literally loved everything that we ordered (too bad we weren't able to take photos of each dish). The staff are very friendly too. They even served us extra steamed okra when my brother in law mentioned that it was his favorite.Their sinigang was perfect (we had bangus and hipon) but the star of our meal was their ginataang kuhol. 😍You can also buy Florabel bottled goodies from them.

Overrated! There are much more better Filipino resto than this. The presentation & ambiance is nice.but, the food is so-so.The servers are accomodating but that doesnt suffice, the taste of the food is just ordinary and pricey.👎👎👎

Solid place for Filipino comfort dishes, best for families and big groups so you can order a wide selection of dishes. We ordered the crispy pata (excellent crispy skin!), seafood in coconut milk (delicious), and pork barbecue (done in a kebab style, on a metal skewer). Slightly disappointed with the adobo rice (it was a little overlooked and sour). Also ordered some fish balls and tinapa lumpia to start. The ice cream was great because it was clearly homemade and not mass-produced; it had ube and cheese chunks. Also had frozen brazo de Mercedes and quest de bola cheesecake (very very good, although I only had one bite since I'm not really a dessert person). Price point is similar to Abé and Manam . Come early on the weekends as the place gets packed. It's inside the new wing of Alabang Town Center. Service is a little slow; we had to ask for water refills as they never topped them up regularly. Will definitely come back if meeting family in the South.

Bottom line, service was pretty bad. Not very attentive, we had to spread our arms and wave it like crazy to get their attention. (There were only 3 tables at that time and our table was the only one eating) Servers can be mistaken to be rude. While I was browsing the menu, my companion asked our attending server a question. Instead of getting a new menu to show him, he suddenly went in front of me flipped the pages of menu that I was browsing at that time. I was taken back. This is sad cause I've eaten at Elias in Shang, and Florabel in Pasig service their was superb. As for food presentation is meh, flavor of each dishes weren't consistent. It was either over seasoned or under seasoned. The appetizer with the pork skin and crispy tenga was sad, it wasn't crunchy and the pork skin was stale.

If you're craving for filipino cuisine, i would recommend this as they have a good selection of main course. I really liked Liwayway (Daing na Bangus with garlic). Don Rafael (Classic Crispy Pata) is good as well. As for dessert i got Kapitana Maria (Frozen Brazo de Mercedes) and it was finished in no less than 5 minutes. If you want to eat here make sure you also do a reservation so you don't have to wait that long cos we waited for about an hour for us to actually dine in.A bit pricey but it makes up for it. I'll definitely come back with my family or friends.

I don't usually drink alcohol but their white sangria is awesome. It is a fruity wine and it doesn't have an after taste. I will come back for a wine o' clock. It's perfect combination with their seafood paella.

First time to dine here. I was with my sister and we were starving. She wanted to eat Filipino foods so we checked this place. We were 4th on line so we waited. It wasnt a long wait after all. So we ordered this fried bangus belly with green mango and bagoong on top. That was the first one i tried and it was soooo yummy. The bagoong was really good. Then we have the laing and it has coconut milk/cream on top. It was also delicious! It wasnt that spicy and it was just pure leaves. It was very good. We also ordered the cochinillo -- the quarter lechon. Wow! It was heaven. Very tender and the skin is really crunchy. They have this gravy sauce and it was also good. Its like eating a real lechon cebu. We had fresh melon juice as well. For dessert, we had Iday. Its the pinoy suman dipped in chocolate. It was also heaven coz it wasnt that sweet. The place was a bit small as they have many customers waiting outside. But really the food is great! I would love to come back and taste the rest.
