Cibo never failed me with everything that they offer. This time I keep coming back to avail their 18 years celebration promo. The 18 pairs promo is really a must try. Paying only 18 php for the second meal of the pair is really a good catch! Nevertheless, Cibo has always been a good choice to go to

I got the Spaghettini Al Tris Formaggio paired with Bruschetta, Prosciutto Di Parma. Great pairing! The pasta was so good! It was rich and creamy. You can definitely taste the butter, the cheese and the truffle. Add in some mushroom paste and parmesan shavings - ah it was perfect! It had the right truffle kick that I wanted!The Bruschetta was AH-MA-ZING! Imagine a rustic, crusty, grilled slice of bread topped with stewed tomatoes sweet notes, lots of mozzarella, lots of Parma Ham and Prosciutto. Drizzle generously with some garlic olive oil and enjoy! I can have this everyday! Husband went for the Tagliata De Manzo, Funghi Trifolati, Rucola (gracious!) paired with Linguine Del Marinaio. This really is the best pair of them all! Good for 2 people already - a rice meal + pasta! Didn't bother trying the beef dish but got my hand on the pasta which was another great dish. Oil based with stewed tomatoes, tuna, olives and capers. It was simple but delicious!
