Everything is good here except the staff, bar two - the hardworking friendly baker working where the pastries are displayed and the chef in his domain :). The server, the cashier and the manager are all there merely because it's a job that they have to do to earn a living, they have this stoic expression on their faces, and act as if they can't wait for their shift to be over:) so had it not been for them I'd be giving it a 5... Cafe France has set meals that are really yummy and BUDGET FRIENDLY.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The quality of food is no joke here (that's why I said the chef must be happy and loves what he's doing because it comes out from the affordable meals that they are serving😊). The many times (before I discovered website) I had been here, the quality of every dish I had tried so far had never been compromised just because the price is sooo pocket friendly. I love their seafood tray meal! And their four seasons, ice tea and lemonade are really tasty!!! Drop by for a light snack or a full meal to check out the place, I bet you'll have a happy tummy time 😉---I brought my mother for a meal late last week here. After a long time deliberating between pasta meal and a chicken meal, she finally gave her order, with a side question to me if the place honours the "golden citizen's discount card" to which I replied that we should probably not use it since we didn't order much. I have to say my mother wasn't happy with me. Judy, the patiently friendly and accommodating lady taking the orders and cashiering solved the problem by asking for the card and my mother was really so chuffed about it 👍🏻. I just want to say thank you Judy, you're the second friendliest staff in this branch, I hope the rest will emulate your example :)

I still remember this place as Deli France. And I recall how they make you want to buy bread each time you pass by their shops. Now Cafe France, it somehow makes their brand more identified and sophisticated. From mostly breads and pastries, they have expanded to a full menu with rice meals and pasta. Of course, they still provide you and me an all day breakfast option. Since I was part of a dessert food crawl by Food Panda, I decided to take a stop here for some quick savory sandwiches. My friend got the classic Egg Salad while I got the gourmet Oriental Baked Chicken. The sandwich was simple yet very satisfying. They also have add options if you wish for better value. One can add beverage to pair for a lower price.

Great ambiance. Cozy interiors will make you enjoy reading a book with a cup of coffee. But i don't dink coffee so I'm gonna review the food instead. Everything just tastes oh so good.My favorite is the set meal of Marinara pasta which comes with a chicken sandwich, a bowl of salad and a small chocolate treat. I honesty think it's quite expensive but nah, I never leave cafe France unsatisfied even when I once placed a wrong order.

If you want a decent cafe food that's not preheated like starbucks... then this is a good place....Food I ordered:Mushroom soup- although buttery and creamy it's satisfying if you want something hot in your system before eating anything heavy :)Seafood Marinara- Mine was aldente and the sauce is tangy which I prefer than a super sweet sauce :)Drinks:Tropical Juice 17oz- From a can so you can't really expect anything but it taste good.Cafe Late- Really good start to perk up your busy day :)Summarize: If you want something not processed than here is a great cafe and the price is not so bad :)

Was finally able to try their All u can eat @ 299 promo. We started with their soup, a bit watery, but ok. The sandwiches and pasta was actually good, specially the seafood marinara.I'm giving it a 4 cause you can see that sandwiches was well prepared and they are even using wheat bread. Where can u get this kind of offer? Even those fastfood chain can't give you freshly-prepared food.299 for 3 orders of pasta, 2 orders of sandwich (egg salad and crabstick salad), Ice tea, soup, salad, and chocolate madelaine 😀

Am currently dining here and must first mention that their music playlist is awesome 👍🏼. I've always been visiting cafe france but mostly to buy their freshly baked breads. Had once tried to order a salad but from another branch, but today I visited Cafe France town branch because I badly need to finish some paperworks and a cafe with an accessible power outlet would save my day. Gladly, the server from the counter politely allowed me to plug in. I asked for pasta just so I won't look like a 'cafe squatter' taking advantage of their power outlet access lol, so Icy the polite server suggested their new Creamy Truffle Carbonara, at first I thought the serving looks generous and the price is cheap so I ordered one, and most of the time I order traditional iced tea for drinks but their Fruit Frappes looks "a must" so I tried the Red Grape Frappe and seems like I found a new fave. I don't always take money with me so I said I perhaps pay it thru Debit Card but surprisingly the total amount is just around 300-ish 😉. It's uber sulit for a devilishly creamy carbonara and a healthy fruit frappe. Am still thinking if I'll buy another plate of carbonara, oh just cant get enough of its creaminess. If they only have wifi, I'd give them a dancing 4.5 with my heart sipping red grape frappe 😍

Breakfast Trays are the best. Can't really pick which is the best since all are tasty and elegantly presented. Breads are freshly made. The juices freahly squeezed and sweet.

worse worse worse customer service. I called 11am for delivery for 8pm and they DID NOT DELIVER. when I followed up, they don't even care that it's already late and that they promised to deliver but did not. did not even care that we planned to have the food.. haaay.. worse worse worse staff. change your staff!

A little bit disappointed. I thought this would be a good place to study but no. It's more of a restaurant than a cafe. I ordered the beef with rice and other side dishes and it was okay but their pesto pasta is not good. I just hope they give the food that is worthy of the price. The place was also kind of disorganized and messy.  Please improve. :)
