Went here for tea and cake and I was so tempted to get a lot of the pastries. The cakes look so cute! They also have biscuits that I was told sell for only a peso if I ordered coffee. Alas, being a tea drinker I stuck to tea. Had a salted caramel cake slice - it was small but just right (I’m watching my sweets i take!)The place is good - tucked at the mall’s carpark entrance. I’d go back here again to read my book. The seats have ports for chargers.

Boulangerie22 is a new player in the cafe/pastry sector.I first tried their cookies and biscuits, and I am not happy. They're so hard and crispy. I like mine softer and moist. I feel that the delicacies here are fried. Maybe I am wrong but I am definitely not buying here again. It has been a tradition in our "gang" to give a cake to a friend in his/her birthday. For 2 straight birthdays, the group bought a cake from this shop. It was okay. The cakes do not have a wow factor in them. If you're going to put calories in your body, make sure they're really good.

I must say that it is not the best cafe but I think it deserves a good rating! Their pastries were priced (around 50 - 70) just the same as the other bakeries out there like /breadtalk/. Their pastries were soft and tastes better when heated. I highly recommend their matcha smores cookie and matcha frappe. It is perfect for matcha lovers as the matcha flavor was strong enough. I wasnt able to try their coffee because......I got acidic to coffee weeks before my exams. Yep. That's why I resorted to their frappes. The red velvet was good because the 'whipped cream' they used has a cheesecake flavor on it and the drink had tidbits of red velvet cupcake. The staff was friendly, too!

Bought their dark chocolate chip loaf and Hokkaido milk rolls. Loaf was ok, not as chocolatey as I’ve expected. Milk rolls were good. Store is quaint, i like the aesthetic and design. Only comment was that when we were there (around 7PM), seemed like there was only 1 staff manning the store. I was 3rd in line and it took a good 10 minutes or more since she was the cashier, preparing the orders (like putting cakes in boxes, etc).

Hmm well welll well....My KPOP praning daughter, dragged me into this patisserie we took advantage of the buy 1 pay 1php on the next one, so we ordered Japanese Matcha custard bread and the RED bean matcha custard bread ( i think)So NOT a MATCHA LOVER??! As in! (Lasang lupa eh) BUT the matcha filling was not overpowering, light and creamyThe bread was soft and fragrant!!As a ANTI MATCHA ,this would be the ONLY "MATCHA" that i will eat ^_^v
