I'm feeling generous today so I'd rate this a 2.0. If I was rating it exactly the day we went there, the rating would be a negative.So here's the story. Me and my boyfriend went at Bo's to try out their Mac and Cheese because we read from a reputable source that it's actually pretty good. Aside from ordering the mac and cheese, we also ordered their BLT sandwich as the photo from the menu looked appetising. Lo and behold our orders came. The mac and cheese looked like the perfect microwaved pasta covered in oozing cheese. While the sandwich wasnt aesthetically pleasing, appealing inferior in quality. Further more, the mac and cheese as piping hot after serving but it seemed to be the opposite for the sandwich as it seemed to be hot at sight but less than warm when touched. Taste wise, the mac and cheese was okay, not bad but not good either. The melted cheese made up for it. Star margarine, on the other hand, was used as a spread with the BLT along with the russian dressing. STAR MARGARIN. I did not pay for 200 pesos for Bo's Coffee to put margarine, not even butter, in my sandwich. I have never tasted sandwich as low quality as this one!! Lesson learned. I can buy a better quality sandwich in Starbucks for a much cheaper price!!!

Revel Bar + Chocolate Chip Coffee Frappe.The revel bar was just okay. It wasn't as soft as I wanted it to be but was crumbly and not too sweet. The little girl enjoyed it anyway. The frappe was good. I liked the texture of the chocolate chips that were blended into the drink. Kinda like how Java Chips were in Starbucks. The whipped cream though was weird. You know those types that were sold in the supermarkets, that were not too thick and creamy and were a little sweet? Gah! I still prefer the freshly prepared ones from whole milk.Service was not so good. The cashier didn't give me a receipt, was not too accommodating and was not smiling at all.

Bo's coffee selection is really good! Full bodied and roasted! I have tried other coffee shops and ended up feeling too acidic because of their coffee. But Bo's has the best tasting coffee and my daughter agrees!

The place is good. It is just in Molito Commercial Center. Bo's Coffee usually opens at 8AM. I tried their Cafe Latte. It was good, too. I just hope they make the place a bit cool. Normally, it wasn't that cold inside the coffee shop.

Beverage: SIT Apple Chia Iced Tea PHP 155.00 - 4.0/5.0 Who knew chia seeds would be a thing it?! It goes well with the Apple though. Not too sweet as well :) Food Ordered: Bacon Pesto Pasta PHP 195.00 - 3.5/5.0 It's alright I mean I was looking for maybe a little cheesy taste, but it's still good and not to mention the crispy bacon is a plus point.Dessert: Pistachio Square PHP 45.00 - 4.0/5.0 Not too sweet and also has a little tart taste and I like it...I will be buying this again :) .Service: She was really polite and informative...good at serving they really just served my food fast also in response ...No complain....I am a frequent customer :)

The beverages and cakes are good. Better than the mainstream coffee shops i think, but the muffins are tough.. It doesn't taste as good too. the place is cool except the comfort room.

Coffee's, frappes, and other drinks cost way above their taste. Place is good, but the products are meh. The staffs are, well, not like what you expect in some cafés. They'd ask you if you want to upsize because it'll cost you what, 10 pesos. But then, you'll realize you just want to order that medium, and will be convinced to go for the large one (it's hard to say no, you know) then they'll ask you if you want to add whipped cream, and of course you'll say yes, but then the whipped cream is just meh.

Nutty Chocolate Cheesecake + Brewed Coffee = Perfect Pair ❤ I'm glad Bo's Coffee keeps on improving in terms of their pastries, and the taste is consistent even if I've had this particular cake in Manila & Cebu. If you're wondering why I like it so much, here's the reason: it's a cross between the American Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Filipino Chocnut!! The texture is thick, and it doesn't get soggy even after more than a hour's worth outside the refrigerator. This cheesecake is now on my Top 3 along with Italianni's New York Cheesecake & Don Limone in Tagaytay (no exxageration, ALL their cheesecakes are delicious!).

I've always enjoyed hanging out at Bo's Coffee. So much artisinal stuff and interesting offerings that will pique your curiousity. I'd like to call this a hipster's coffee shop, IMHO. So, I went in the morning for breakfast. Ordered a white chocolate mocha froccino; the white popeye and cheese omelette; and food for the gods. I know this is probably a bad pre-workout meal but it was worth every calorie. At least the omelette was meatless. It was good. The froccino i got was sweet but well balanced with the coffee component. The food for the gods was delicious as well. This place never fails to amaze. Love it.
