Fantastic tapas and ambiance. It's hidden somewhere along the road entering Alabang Hills intersecting the West Service road and worth the find. What are you waiting for? iVamanos! iAndale to Bar Pintxos!

Food is generally delicious but quite pricey for the serving size. Speaking of serving size, their menu items are hit or miss in terms of value for money. Their pintxos are small and expensive, specially when compared to actual pintxos in Spain. But some of their tapas are quite heavy. What was good: Beef cheeks, Chorizo, Lamb PaellaJust ok: PulpoService was a bit slow, it took about 20 mins or so for our food to arrive.Overall, 3.5/5 for me. This place would be perfect for chill date nights, pairing wine/sangria with their tapas or pintxos. If you're looking for a heavy meal I suggest you look somewhere else.

This is my ultimate favorite for spanish restaurants. Ambiance is great! Friendly staff, quality and delicious food and reasonable price! I love love love their pintxos — my favorite is their foie gras and jamon allioli! Must order their besugo (quite expensive but huge fish), paella, gambas, salpicao, chipirones, butifarra..... the best place to hangout if you want to get together with friends... they also serve the best sangria and gin tonic!

Love the vibe of the place, really quiet on a Sunday. Wanted to have tried their signature draft on tap but too bad they were out. Went for the Pilsner Urquell, matched with Jamon Allioli. Both were legit. Really flavorful. With my 2nd round, I went for their Paella staple. Good for two, straightforward ingredients. Will definitely be back.

Isn't there a law requiring restaurants to serve free potable water? Even if there isn't, why resort to cheap money-grabbing tactics?Otherwise, the food is overrated and the drinks overpriced. We consumers are now spoiled for choice and should set the bar higher.

It's surprising how Pintxos had really awful service tonight. (Father's Day) They didn't have any of our regular dishes. (Paella and Butifarra) The bread of the Pintxos was burnt and the dishes we did order all came at different intervals after constant follow-up. I guess this restaurant is finally beginning to lose its edge. The service here truly doesn't merit the price they charge. They even forgot the fabada we ordered. Where are you owner?!

This is probably the best tapas bar this side of town. Frankly, I don't know of any other tapas bars to go to in the immediate area. Place is nicely decorated and perfect for a night-out with friends or your better half and family. Types of Tapas, being so diverse and numerous, are dishes which take a lot of subjectivity from diner to diner. We were only a couple so had only 3 types of tapas. Only one of them was impressive and one was even very salty. The other one was just so-so. I already forget their names. We also had their croquettas of the day (Jamon was the type for the day). Very nice and creamy texture. Size of the balls were larger than the usual. We had their Fabada, one of our favorite Spanish staples. The dish by itself was very bland but those who are used to ordering this or having this at home must request for the standard Fabada condiment set of "aceite/vinagre/sal" (olive oil/vinegar/rock salt). This easily fixes the blandness, that is if you know how to add and proportion the condiments. A couple of disappointments were that we had to request for the condiment set but they knew what we were talking about when we requested for it. And that the vinegar should be balsamic and not ordinary white vinegar. We will be back to try their other fare. I will adjust my rating accordingly as needed.

The Alabang native invades Podium for Supermanly Eats.  They are known for their wicked tapas.  Sadly,  i missed their stall as I had my eye on Spicebird and Pepi Cubano. I visited their stall nonetheless for refreshments.  Sangria it is! I am no wine connoisseur,  i rely on my unsophisticated tastebuds when it comes to the fermented grape juice. As per Wikipedia,  Sangria is a beverage, common in Spain and Portugal.  It normally consists of red wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a small amount of brandy. Chopped fruit can include orange, lemon, lime, apple, peach, melon, berries, pineapple, grape, kiwifruit and mango. A sweetener such as honey, sugar, syrup, or orange juice is added.  Instead of brandy, other liquids such as Seltzer or lemonade may be added. Sangria is steeped while chilled for as little as minutes or up to a few days.Pinxtos' Sangria is has subtle hints of sweetness,  i guess they used Merlot.  Not sure if they added any type of sweetener though.  I didn't taste any brandy too.  Instead of seltzer,  they used good ole Sprite.  This was just okay,  biased opinion as i drink red sans the brandy et al.  It was refreshing nonetheless.
