Excellent service with cold beers and good filipino food. Great place to watch people go by on the roads. It is located opposing the famous laundry. Really worth a visit.

For today, visited the place two times: for breakfast and supper. The cheese and ham omellets had been good and rather large, the juices okay. For supper tried "today's exclusive" (combo of salad and 8 huge shrimps with rice), has been also tasty. The area is small (4tables beneath the tent), yet clean. In addition they sell some snacks. The staff is friendly, and everything except shrimps with rice was cooked quickly. The costs are reasonable (I are the photos of menu). Overall, I would recommend this place.
