Cosy Restobar along the way into Pangasama. Great selection of local meals and amazing Lumpia. The girlfriend and I experienced a completely enjoyable afternoon right here made even more pleasurable by the friendly proprietor 'Jess.' I'd definitely recommend.

Among my favourite lumpias I've ever endured. And nice inexpensive silog options, plus they deliver locally too. :)

This quaint little restaurant is indeed nostalgic to Filipinos. The portions and high quality of the silogs (Filipino breakfasts) are great and the spicy lumpia is really a definite must attempt. The only real problem is it is rather moreish that ordering 1 order isn't enough! I couldjust quickly snack in it. The staff have become accomodating and friendly aswell, especially Jessa, the dog owner. In case you are staying a bit much longer in Moalboal and contains access to a cooking area at your place, in addition they consider uncooked orders. I've produced some excellent meals making use of their lumpia, I swear I possibly could be considered a chef now!
