Whether you're arriving or leaving behind Mauban ... you're probably not certain concerning when the next food is coming!! As you travel into Mauban on the primary road you will notice a direction to remain the proper towards the Port region ... it'ssituated about 100 metres on the proper down this street. If folks are heading towards the hawaiian islands then this is actually the strategy to use anyway In our case we'd been travelling since earlier to obtain here on our solution to Cagbalete Island and some days in Pansacola Resort .... so we were starving rather than sure if we'd eat before dinner The restaurant sells souvenirs and, specifically, the neighborhood brew of NipaNog!! .... therefore the tables and chair are almost a second thought .... BUT .... the house cooking is excellent!! We'd Longsilog ... freshly prepared Lucban Longganisa (on the come back journey we drove specifically to get even more from Lucban) offered with a tasty tasty fried rice and topped having an Egg!! That one of my preferred filipino meals ... and I could start to see the treatment and attention the household were consuming their kitchen Of course we'd to furthermore try the NipaNog beverage .... much more refined than Lambanog and I came across it much better than Emperador in fact .... the cost of a bottle getting slightly a lot more than the latter aswell. It comes with a variety of fruit flavours and, after some free of charge sampling, we chose Guava being the favourite NipaNog is manufactured by distilling "Sasa" nectar from the Toddy Palm. They state it is more powerful than Tequilla but I'd say similar to Emerador or perhaps a Sherry. On our in the past from the hawaiian islands we stopped once again and bought an incident of it for potential future celebrations and Karaoke sessions So .... it's simple as a eating place (with fresh clear restroom amenities and a clean cooking area and tidy dining region), serves excellent refreshing cooked meals and the household who run it are usually obliging and friendly Before you leave purchase a few sweet treats aswell .... some small pastry boats having an almond (like frangipani) filling were massively popular For sure this is planned in to upcoming journeys to Cagbalete!!

We went here after conducting our enumerators' trained in a close by barangay. The area was simple. There have been no fancy chairs and also air-con. The restaurant was thoroughly clean (like the restrooms). Parking had been limited. What I liked concerning the place was the meals. We ordered chopsuey, tokwa't baboy, sisig and lumpiang shanghai. The meals was delicious rather than expensive. And there's the nipanog, their local wines. You can have a free of charge taste of the various tastes of nipanog. A 750 ml bottle expenses 100 pesos. The 1 liter and 1.5 liter bottles will set you back 120 and 150 pesos. We bought a package of nipanog (jackfruit, guava, mango and pineapple tastes) to collect as pasalubong to your friends. Will certainly visit this place once again.
