If ever I'm in the mall and I started to crave Japanese food, Teriyaki Boy is the place to be. I simply love their Tori Karage with chili sauce.

Quick and attentive service. Our choices today were perfect, especially because we're all hungry. The chicken teriyaki was a little cold than usual. The miso ramen was filling and tasted better than we remember. Overall, good lunch just before we headed for our afternoon movie.

My staple orders here are the Wafu Steak and the Kamameshi Rice. I find that the flavors of these two dishes blend well together. Lately though, the size of the Wafu Steak cubes have shrunk considerably. That said, it was still a tasty meal. I also got to taste my husband's Choshu Ramen which was also quite hearty and flavorful. The store is clean (though the interiors look a bit dated) and the staff are friendly.

We've always had pleasant dining experiences at Teriyaki Boy in SM City Marikina. Their service is efficient and the food are satisfyingly good. In this visit, we tried one of the newer items on the menu, the Miso Ramen. The egg noodles, vegetables, shiitaki mushrooms, bean sprouts and ground beef were all cooked well. The broth, though, did not give us enough miso taste and was more on the salty side. The serving size is enough to share and the price reasonable. The place is charming with a modern decor. The table setting, from the tea kettle to the serving bowls, gives a nice Japanese feel. Some chair cushions, though, need re-upholstery. Restroom is clean and fresh-smelling.Their service crew, particularly Onin and Bok, have been attentive, alert and always with a ready smile. With these good attributes on hand, customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

Celebrated my 25th birthday here. The place and food are good, however the service? Hmmm. When we asked for water refill, the server snubbed as, when we asked for the bill we need to repeat it four times as the servers are busy talking to each other.

Not the first time we ate here and honestly the only thing going for them IMHO is the chicken teriyaki. The ramen is salty, the yakisoba is so-so, kani salad serving is disappointing, etc. Service was good though so that kind of helped them a bit.

I know that there is a handful of better japanese places out there, but theres really something very comforting about eating at teriyaki boy. For me, teriyaki boy never gets old. I've been ordering the same thing for years-yakimeshi and tempura. Always. Their yakimeshi is generously filled with pork, carrots, onion, garlic, egg, and chives. The rice is very flavourful and can be eaten by itself. Their tempura is often a hit or miss. Today it was spot on! Fresh shrimps fried in new oil, drained properly, and the batter isnt all that thick.

There's a somehow arrogant and stupid waitress who got the order of me and my husband tonight July 21, 2017. Napakalinaw sa memory namin na kinuha niya yung order ko na basic salad and yung bento box ng husband ko. So after, I got the salad and we waited 30 minutes for nothing na pala after that. So yung ibang tao meron ng orders at kami wala pa din so we followed up our bento order na, babaliktarin pa kami at sasabihing nagrepeat order daw siya na basic salad lang kami. Wtheck. Siyempre hindi totoo yun kasi dalawa kami ng husband kong nakakaalam na nag-order na kami diba? So binayaran na lang namin ang salad at di na nag-order.Kawawa naman yung owner nitong teriyaki boy na ito sa staff na yon.

One of the more affordable Jap foods found in most malls. I love their gyuniku ramen, it's quite good for the price. California maki comes in 4 or 8pcs priced at 80 and 150 respectively.

I love eating at this resto. My all time favorite is their seafood bento. I always ask them not to put mayo on my salad and no whip cream on my desert. There I have a complete meal that will last me for a day.
