We discovered this old-style resto years back from close friends who lived in your community and heard that I loved pancit! I just like bihon and sotanghon - the chubbier pancit I'm not so fond of. However when I tasted the pinagulong con lechon - Iwas earned over! Sure, it isn't my usual selection of thin pancit, however the noodles are toned and not chubby circular. And the direction they cook it really is different - but really, very tasty. Put in a generous helping of crispy lechon, and you will be craving this over and over, too. Plus, it's dried out pancit, not really the soupy type by Lola Helen's (next-door competitor). They will have other mouth-watering meals that are us faves - ampalaya con lechon, lumpia, native poultry, and practically all their pancit dishes. It is possible to dine in or purchase take out (grab). If you opt to dine in, don't expect the most common mall-kind resto. This panciteria has already been frozen with time. Occupying the bottom floor of an extremely, early wooden house, it does not have any AC (a few wall-mounted old electric enthusiasts) - you are going to sweat during summer season for certain! The utensils are usually from period past - small whitened plates, thick glass (the sort we useful for the pandango dancing in elementary college), bendable spoon and fork. An intermittent stray tabby will stop by your desk to beg for scarps. There is a coin videoke that may actually bust your eardrums as soon as happy hours occur. Sometimes, the owner's motorbike is parked close to the initial table at the entry. Quite often we don't brain - we would like to eat the pinagulong con lechon and help to make our tummies happy! If you cannot hack this resto cum car parking space, just purchase to take away.
