This is one of the very few local ramen restaurants that have an incredible potential to become global. Aside from the ramen, kani salad, gyoza and matcha ice cream that are already great tasting; it is its owners' passion for great service and experience that makes this newly opened restaurant one of the best. I can't wait to see this venture grow and expand to more places in Metro Manila so that more people could experience their authentic ramen and amazing service.

Better than mainstream Ramen restaurants in Metro Manila. This is perfect for those who are looking for authentic and organic tasting Ramen.

When you serve hot ramen in a cold bowl... What do you get?Let me get that over with.Miso Ramen. Good thing they made a huge comeback! The broth was far out one of the best I've tasted and it literally made me smile. I can come back in this ramen house just for the soup alone. The noodles was okay but needs improvement. I wonder why they put crabsticks (imitation crab) in such a good broth? Put the real stuff (crab meat) if you really want to push through with the crab flavor. The chashu was borderline salty but was still edible and soft although I think the portion was too little if you think about the ratio of ramen in the bowl. They put soft boiled eggs in their ramen. Though, I think they should have an option of upgrading this to a tamago. Or just just serve tamago instead. Whatever just to make it more appealing.Service. This one actually bothers me. Its not bad. I was greeted properly upon entering. Though, they did not proactively offer me a table. I have to choose one for myself. Which was again, fine. Then, upon ordering, I asked the server if they put egg along with the miso ramen since the picture from the menu didn't have egg in it. She wasn't sure and had to go back to the kitchen to ask. So I assume she wasn't properly trained. The menu has 5 different ramens in it. How hard could it be? Next, while I was eating, all I can hear was the loud modern music that didn't go with the theme and feel of the place plus the even louder voices of the staff from the back of the house. It was disturbing to the point that it was a bit annoying. The thing that bothers me is that they bill you an 8% service charge for this type of service. I don't mind paying as long as I get what I paid for. Oh by the way, the bill that came was a petty cash voucher. NOT A BILL and no receipt came after the payment. No explanations as well. Not that I need one but again, we're talking about customer service here.By the way, good thing the Manong Parking attendant who goes by the name "Manuel" was superb. I don't mind giving him a service charge (I gave him a P40 tip, higher than the staff SC). He found me a parking spot. Greeted me and opened the car door for me and offered an umbrella. Assisted me on the way out and said and waived goodbye. Exceeding customer's expectactions. The restaurant staff can learn a thing or two from Manuel. For the pricepoint, they need to offer credit card payment. I cant imagine paying four or five ramens in cash. Not convenient.Back to the broth. It was so good! I need to come back for more.

Mejo mahirap lang hanapin. Galing kaming marquinton and nag tricycle lang kami. Sabe sa address nila, 70 something tas marikina heights. Mas madali siguro kung narra st beside jetti gasoline station sa marikina heights. But, once na andun ka na sobrang sulit yung lasa ng ramen. Malaki yung servings and yung mga crew talagang approachable even though sobrang konti lang nila. Must try! 🤘
