My family and I are avid fans of Pizza Hut since my childhood days. I loved them since I was kid up to my kids 15 and 1 yr old. It is natural for us to eat at Pizza Hut when we're out so after some last minute xmas shopping last night, we had our dinner at Pizza Hut SM Marikina. We ordered the meal for 2 combo meal as I had a tight budget due to the unexpected expenses. Order includes German Franks regular pan pizza, 2 mushroom soups, carbonara and drinks. Food was excellent as always but my feedback can be bulleted in a nut shell- as soon as the mushroom soup arrived I asked for add'l tissue as my toddler can be messy and will spill the soup. After the meal itself, no tissue arrived (I actually forgot about it since I was able to use the 3 tissues on the table) - I always drink water so I had my 15 yr old ask for 2 glasses. No glasses of water came until the end of our meal and I had to ask for it again which came after a few minutes. - I asked for the bill and I paid via credit card. The signing of the receipt came after I followed it up because we were waiting for a good 10 minutes just to have them swipe my card. Mind you that it came up right away after I followed up, so it looked like it was clearly forgotten, especially since I am able to see the till from where I sit. It was Xmas time indeed, but the resto was not stomped with people. I would have understood if it were since the crew may be busy, but it's not. Seemed that the crew is already on holiday even when they're still on duty that they forgot about the good customer service Pizza Hut has always shown. So disappointed with this branch....

With their new promo bundles, Pizza Hut just got more affordable for the family! We ordered a family size pizza with sausage stuffed crust, one carbonara, one spaghetti, two mushroom soups and a salad. We didn't get to finish everything and had to take out the spaghetti! I missed their sausage stuffed crust and even after years, the taste remains consistently amazing!It's just too bad that they phased out their bbq ribs flavor along with their cheesy pops and cheesy volcano crusts, but Pizza Hut still remains at the top of my pizza ranking.

We ate for Lunch here. It was around 2pm and Sm Marikina is on a 3 day Sale that's why we still have to wait to have our seat.We ordered wings, two flavors. Honey BBQ and Mild Buffalo. Since I'm not a fan of spicy food, the mild buffalo even it's "mild" you can still taste the spiciness in every bite. But the Honey bbq? HEAVEN!Their pesto is also heaven! I soo love it. My mom have Fettuccini Ala King and it's also good!Their mudpie sundae is avarage. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and some crushed cookies I think. I don't like their HaloHalo. (Mang Inasal's halo halo is better)Staffs are nice. 👍

We tried the Family Meal 6 which consist of a Family Pizza (we ordered half Cheese Lovers and half Supreme), 2 pastas (we ordered Bolognese and Carbonara), 4 bowls of soup (Cream of Mushroom), 4pcs of Wigs and a pitcher of Pepsi.Pizza Hut should just stick to Pizza (and probably Wings). Here's why:- Cream of Mushroom - too thin and tasted pretty sweet for a supposedly savory soup- Carbonara - no thought was given to presentation; it's like a bunch of noodles was dumped into a bowl then smothered with the sauce, dumped with ham (which they didn't bother to separate) then placed in the oven to heat- Wings - a bit small in size but tasted ok- Bolognese - so sweet you would mistake it for Pinoy spaghetti- Pizza - pretty much tasted as you would expectThe wait staff was attentive and accommodating while the place, price and packaging were family friendly

Everything is getting worse.From their service, to their restroom, up to their food... and same goes for their other stores.Too bad...Before this is my most favorite spot for pizza. Now, I am really disappointed.

Their menu for 2 (which included a bacon cheeseburger pizza, a hawaiian supreme pizza,  spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti carbonara, 2 bowls of mushroom soup and 2 glasses of pepsi) was tempting so my wife and I decided to try it with a bit of trepidation. I say that because about 4 years ago when we first patronized this place we had to walk out because after sitting at our table for almost 15 minutes no one paid attention to us.Thankfully this time the server was very attentive and took our orders right away. She even asked us if it is ok to wait for 15 minutes before our orders can be served. We said that it was ok. A few minutes later she came back and apologetically asked if it was ok to substitute macaroni to the spaghetti mentioned in the menu. Again we approved of the change.Now for the food: The cream of mushroom soup was delicious - the croutons still crunchy. The baked macaroni bolognese tasted similar to the way Filipinos prepare spaghetti: with a bit of sweetness to it. Since the bolognese was sufficient for both of us (the serving was quite generous), we bypassed the carbonara and decided to just take it home. By the way, both pasta dishes were served hot! The two pizzas were tasty with ample meat toppings.Overall we were happy that the service had changed for the better. The supervisor and the servers were always smiling and very courteous. The food was quite good too!

Yung mga pagkain nila parang iniinit nalang sa microwave. And if you had a take out, they will only put it on a foil. :( Pero masarap sa Pizza Hut kaso ang mahal ng service charge pero di naman ganon ka satisfy ang service nila.

We had 3 orders of their group meal: Cheesy Lava Pizza, spaghetti bolognese, and the Toblerone dessert pizza. Service was okay. We didn't wait too long for the food to be served. We enjoyed the cheese lava pizza. The mozzarella sticks on top of the pizza gave it an interesting twist! For the dessert pizza, we only ate the Toblerone, ice cream, and toppings.
