This is actually the little Japanese restaurant which could. It's in a transformed garage, across Our Woman of Perpetual Succor college in Marikina Town, Philippines. We learned all about this through person to person and thought we'd give it a try. The restaurant is little, basic, with foldingtables and chair for probably 20 diners. We purchased ramen and ebi tempura. We were utterly amazed but how great the meals was! We happen to be Japan often and also have consumed in some excellent restaurants there. I'd state the meals in Minamiya can provide fancier Japanese dining places in Manila a work for their cash! The cook-owner is really a 55-year old Japanese guy from Osaka.
