This is the worst KFC branch I have ever been in to. The service is super slow. The cashiers and the managers are the WORST. They seem to have no sense of urgency at all. My experiences here are so bad I had to sign up for an account here at website just to give this negative review!

First of all, the airconditioning unit is busted. This branch is very hot and humid making the eating experience very unpleasant. Second, when I asked for a glass of water, I was given a glass WITH LIPSTICK MARKS STILL ON IT. It really engrossed me. Third, the staff were far from warm and hospitable.

When you are in a rush and there is a queue for every cashier, go somewhere else. Service is quite slow here. I seldom dine in here lately. Almost always it’s takeout. Had an unfortunate incident when one plate given to us was...not very clean.

Pretty slow and routinary service. Unpleasant cashiers also. No hint of effort for good service. Cashier adviced me to wait on the side standing for my take out of 2 regular hotshots and regular fries, when I insisted I will sit down, I felt she wanted to say just stay and wait. I sat down and waited for around ten minutes until I approached the counter area, only to find out my orders are complete. No advice from cashier re waiting time. I still like their food items though esp their funshots, fries, iced tea & pizza twister.

i ordered through delivery, extra rice was not included when they delivered even if its on the bill, i called 3 times on their delivery hotline and they always say wait for it since the rider was out already, waited for 1 1/2 hours before they arrived.
