Order was accepted and then someone calls you to say they eon't deliver because it's far. Quite stupid. This is the 4th time I tried ordering from this resto and for some reason website has been asking me to rate the resto. Maybe if website would just check their records, they would know inhave not eaten a single strand of pasta from this place so why the hell on earth would I give a rating? Good thing today they finally convinced me to do so. Here's their rating from a very hungry customer who has to find another resto to order from.

This Italian resto is very cozy. If you love to eat pasta and pizza, you will definitely enjoy their delicioso servings. They also have cheesecakes and other desserts that you can try. My family enjoyed the place.

We went here late afternoon for an office meeting and we ordered their Bruschetta, Patate e Pancetta pizza, Carbonara, Spaghetti Bolognese and Tiramisu. Only 1 table is occupied aside from us, and there's only one waiter, but he accommodated all of us, all our orders and needs in a polite manner. The service is excellent! Now I'm not sure what the price range is, but their pastas are the bomb, specially the carbonara! We ordered 3 plates expecting a small serving for 3 people, but what we got was a plate that can serve two people! Serving was unexpectedly large and it's really YUMMY! Carbonara is my favorite and their recipe definitely passed my taste buds. Their pizza with potato chips was also delicious. Cheesecake is also excellent. Not too sweet, not too bland and highly recommended.I will not hesitate to visit this place again. 5 stars deserved!

Serving and quality vs. price is really good. Had their meat balls pasta and it was heavenly. Was surprised when mozzarella oozed out when I took a chunk of the meat balls. The meatball and the sauce was done right and the pasta is firm. Ambiance and service was right. The cake is also a must try.

Grissini is one of the first few food places found along the Gil Fernando Ave. or what Marikeños call "Engineering" [area]. It's really spacious and vibrant. The aesthetique is very simple yet inviting. My friend and I ordered 10" Quattro Formaggio pizza and Aglio e Oglio Classico (It's actually good for 1 person only but we're on a diet so we just shared the pasta dish. Meh. Who am I kidding? :P Photo taken's kinda blurred, sorry.) Love the cheese bits found on top of the pizza. I'm not a fan of thin crust pizza but I enjoyed this one. Was able to devour my share (read: 4 slices) right away. Aglio Oglio tasted as expected, nothing too special. We were there to talk about our mini-business. But the place doesn't have wifi and outlets so we weren't able to use our laptops. That, I think is the only downside that I've observed so far. Probably the place is really just for dining and not conducive for studying or working.

The interior is simple yet classy. They always have a good playlist. Staff are friendly. I almost tried all of their pasta and all are good. Servings are good for sharing. They have new smoothies and drinks that are not written in the menu. Must try! Pizza is good also but it is super thin crust.

Upon seeing Grissini's signage you can already tell that this restaurant has a contemporary setting. They  have their own parking slot in front and a guard will assist you. Upon entering the restaurant my eyes fixated on the left wall and a table with sofa. It looks so cozy to sit at and it is beside the dessert bar.The menu is simple but complete, appetizer, salad, soup, pasta, main, dessert and beverage. The staff are accommodating to adjust the dishes as per your liking. Though they can be sometimes overly talkative about the menu. The orders are:Half all meat pizza and half cheese pizzaSpinach ravioliVingole pastaUpon ordering you will receive bread sticks and foccacia bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side. This will be the first time that I will be tasting balsamic but I was hesistant as it comes with a very strong aged vinegar scent. Almost like apple cider smell which I am not a fan. Though I tasted it not disappointed didn't like it.Food service is a bit slow. The pasta arrived first. Spinach ravioli tastes good. It is very mild and healthy tasting dish. I just think the sauce is too much it looks very sloppy when plated almost soup like. Vongole pasta has a rustic taste and the chili is just enough. If you are a fan of oil pasta, you'll enjoy the dish.Going to the pizza. The pizza has two flavors, all meat and 4 cheese. The all meat is good, tomato based and the meats are not too salty compared to other meat pizza I tasted. As for the 4 cheese, I enjoyed it better, the hint of blue cheese really hits the right kick for the pizza. Put chili oil on the pizza and it seal the deal.I tried ordering a dessert panacotta but u luckily it was already not available. I wished I had a dessert to end the meal. They have cheesecake, profiterole, and tiramisu on the dessert bar but I would like a lighter dessert for a heavy pasta and pizza dinner.Over-all I will rate this restaurant as 4. Considering some disappointments on the pasta, no dessert and overly talkative staff. If you want to eat truly Italian food, ai would recommend this. The place do looks expensive.Ratings:Food - 4 due to soupy pasta.Ambiance - 4. It may initimidate you a little.Service - 4. Overly talkative waiter. For more reviews visit our blog at mytasteoffood.wordpress.comGrissini Ristorante is located at Mayor Gil Fernando, Marikina City.

Great Italian food just inside the city. Not going outside the city to get foreign menu. What's good about this is it's cozy place and great pasta and pizza!

Got a chance to drop by Grissini in Marikina as my work brought me there coincidentally. The place was brightly lit, interiors was nice though simple. Our group ordered the Prosciutto Pizza and a Salmon Pasta. Pizza was just right though a bit light (maybe being thin crusted). The Pasta was the bomb! can't remember though what was the exact name of the dish. Must try for those within the vicinity of the restaurant!
