After having dinner at Mandi's Grill Grub, just a couple of doors away, we decided to have a cup of ice cream before leaving the area.My friend Richard and I settled on Churro Ice Cream Bowls while KC ordered the Banana Split. Both were very good and on a hot day, refreshing. The Salted Caramel and Coffee Crumble were really good, but the Mantecado was just okay. They have a variety of flavors that are all fresh and delicious. It may not look like much from the outside but step in and pick your flavour. Overall, great place for a quick ice cream fix.

I ordered the strawberry milkshake and I'm quite disappointed because it was with ice. When you say it's milkshake, it's ice cream and milk blended together. To think this store is an ice cream bar... so you will not run out of ice cream. The ice defeated the purpose of the ice cream to be milkshake. So not a fan of that.Also, what annoys me is that the girl getting the order was doing okay and fine until the owner showed up and embarassed her in front of us. Uhm, you can shout at your people when we are gone not when we are there while preparing our order. I hate this kind of shaming. Do business not for money but to cater the likings of your customers. Please.

Frozen Break is a great place for ice cream lovers. The ice cream desserts are truly a winner. Their Churros Ice Cream (must-try) is such a gustatory pleasure for the palate. Aside from ice cream and desserts, they also serve great meals. The place is ideal for afternoon cool snacks with the kids.

Another Dessert parlor to experience at lilac st. This newly built Ice cream parlor serves all day breakfast meals, Pasta , sandwiches and their Delicious Ice creams. Their ice creams are from Arce Dairy ( The Creator and previous owner of Selecta). Arce ice creams is also available at some groceries so I already knew the taste of their ice creams. We went here because of the churro cup. Their churros are delicious, perfect viscosity and cinnamon sugar makes it better. We also ordered banana split which is also good but nothing special. and lastly we also ordered smores, the menu says with graham crackers, but I was confused because they served us smores with butter cookies. They also have boardgames (with minimal rental fee).

This is a small quick food and dessert parlor in the same building as Mandi's Grub and Grill. Their ice cream desserts are made with Arce Ice cream, but they make their own churros, and then some. Choose from regular or premium Arce ice cream scoops, or have them added to a banana split. Theirs pulled all the stops - with whipped cream, lots of banana, Nips chocolates and sprinkles!They also made melted S'mores with milk chocolate and white at the bottom for you to scoop with Danish butter cookies. Too bad the chocolate solidified quickly after melting.Their churros are molded into cups for a scoop of ice cream. They go well with everything, including the mantecado, salted caramel, and blueberry cheesecake ice cream flavors they came with. Their sugar-crusted churros can be eaten alone; they are good.Frozen Break rents out a few board and card games for a small fee per hour (about P50-110/hour). We laughed ourselves silly playing Uno.
