This is my second time at cheddar burst, first time is just okay.. unlimited fries and iced tea. not bad. full tummy. this time around , we order american juicy lucy.. i want to taste all their burgers since io love veggies on my burger. their fries is much better now - its fresh and crunchy. not so messy . I used my hands with gloves in eating the burger. theirs is juciy & you can really see the bacon. not bad. affordable and full tummy - unli fries and iced tea.

The heat of the afternoon sun directly hit Cheddar Burst Burgers when we got in, but the warmth of the staff's customer reception was quite encouraging. Khen, one of the courteous waitstaff, with her sweet smile, quickly introduced and offered us their Juicy Lucy Burger Meals ("Burgers with molten cheddar cheese inside 100% beef patty") that go with Endless fries and Bottomless iced tea. We only opted for the a la carte burger since we just came from a late lunch in the nearby resto. The American Juicy Lucy Burger that we ordered was flavorful, moist and juicy. The cheddar cheese added inside the patty was not at all salty. Condiments were available to suit customers' liking. The place is a bit small and the decor and furnishings plain and ordinary. The noise intensity of customers' loud conversation could be overwhelming. The price is reasonable and the current promo they offer when you order from the Meals menu is a good deal. We're excited to come back for it and hopefully chance upon a more quiet time of the day.

Awful. Besides the slow service knowing that they only had 4 customers at that time (including us) the taste of the burger is just overrated. Really tough on the outside, salty and dry. The patty is not huge but bulky. Really not worth the price. Disappointed with everything. The photo is so different with the actual item. Hope they can do quality control especially with their burger patties.

Value for Money (1.0) - I came with high expectations as I heard a few positive feedback about Cheddar Burst. Its all pure disappointment when I left. Let's go to the good side first, the beef patty is great. 100 pure beef! However, the size of the burger is too small for the price that you are paying for. I rather visit Fat Daddy or even Smack Shack to experience more quality burger and paying for less. Next, they are promoting this unlimited fries and drinks. Guess what, after you consume the initial they will proactively offer to give you another batch but when you consume the next batch they will just ignore and decline to give another set. ITS PURE FALSE MARKETING.Customer Service (1.0) - This is the worst customer service that I have experience in a long time. When I came there with my wife and taking our orders, all the male crew are peeping from the kitchen. They are doing the same act even to other lady customers. SUCH DISRESPECTFUL! Listen, these guys are paid to provide quality service and yet all they are doing is to watch and fantasized pretty lady customers! There is no single reason for me in returning to Cheddar Burst. Such a waste of money and time!

It was one of those lazy Sundays at home, had leftovers for brunch, and we slept in most of the day. Hunger pangs hit us towards early evening and it was agreed that burgers were in order after a lengthy discussion on food choices. Being Eastside residents (Marikina side) we are fortunate to have a good number of options. So I typed in "burgers Lilac" to search and a few places popped up. Cheddar Burst kinda stood out so we went there.It's located on the 2nd floor of a pretty new building along Lilac Street. The place was simple and well lit, there was another family having their very early dinner when we arrived. After approaching the counter and looking at the menu, I wanted to try their most basic and simple item, I find that this is the best way to judge an establishment. We were informed however that only their Juicy Lucy burger options were available, which happens to be their specialty. I settled on the Just A Lucy 1/3 lb meal with a bottomless iced tea upgrade, my wife and daughter both had the American Juicy Lucy 1/3 lb meal with one of them getting a bottomless iced tea upgrade as well, while my son got the Bacon Mushroom Lucy 1/2 lb meal.It took awhile for our food to arrive since it was cooked fresh, so my family and I had a bit of time to shoot the breeze and inspect things. We observed that the table we were at was quite dirty, the place mats were oily and grimy probably from the days use. This did not bother us much though coz we were more intent on the quality of the food that we were anticipating. I'm sure these cleanliness issues will improve in time.Soon enough, our burgers arrived and honestly we were all happy and satisfied with our meals! Even if they made a mistake on mine by making it into a Cheesy Lucy, I was hoping for a pure unadulterated Juicy Lucy. :-) The burgers were indeed juicy, cheesy, quite beefy, and tasty! The fries were good too, very homey and comforting just the way we like it! Too bad the ones that came with our meals were not hot anymore, they probably cooked them too early. Anyway, we all got a better french fries fix by ordering an extra "large" order. This time it was piping hot perfect! Overall, very satisfying burgers! A bit pricey, yes. We would gladly come back again and again of course... ;-) Oh, a tip though, be sure to use the plastic gloves provided on each table. Eating their Juicy Lucy burgers is a pretty messy glorious affair. Enjoy!

I was craving for burger that night which made me hunt some burger joints in Marikina. I got to try the newlt opened Cheddar Burst in lilac Street. I order BBQ juicy Lucy. I really loved the taste of the cheddar cheese plus the savory tang of the BBQ sauce with a crunch because of the potato chips. Then comes oozing out is the cheese inside the patty. Good food but I find the burger pricey for its size and they could've added more cheese inside the patty. Ya know, cheddar BURST! I could be a patron, if not for its price. They should adjust their price range if they don't want to be beaten by other burger joints who offers freshly made and grilled burgers at half the price.

I ordered their variant of a cheese-mushroom burger since I don't eat vegetables and thankfully, it wasn't like the one you'd be able to order from Jollibee. The meal was served fresh from being cooked. The patty, among others, was juicy and after just one bite from it, you'd immediately notice the resembling taste of beef. In terms of their signature cheese, it was straight-put awesome. As for the crew, they're friendly and proactive. Since there's currently a promo that offers free unlimited fries and iced tea in which I have availed, early on, I had a few concerns on whether the crew will be able to keep up with the requests and to my surprise, they were able to get the job done. The only probable issue that I have encountered was that the seats and tables are limited making so that you need to be either early or be in a exact time wherein there are only a few customers. In addition, as much as how I understand the time it takes for our meal to get ready, it would be nice if it can get any faster by means of additional staff in the kitchen. A bit expensive - yes, but along with the promo, it was still worth it.

This is my new favorite hangout store in Lilac St. We visited here with my brother yesterday to have some comfort food. My first comment is its a bit pricey, but the owner said its because they franchised the store. So I asked what is their best sellers - cheesy lucy burger meal and bacon mushroom lucy burger meal. Hence, we ordered them, it tasted really really good. The patties are tender, juicy and awesome. Perfectly grilled. And the cheese sauce really completed it all. Since we are a huge fan of cheese. We also ordered cheddar bacon fries for 150. It is pricey but it is for sharing which fitted to 1 whole plate. My brother really liked the red iced tea so he requested a takeout of his drink but the owner insisted to give us a new glass of red iced tea for takeout for FREE!! Really awesome and generous though. So please come and visit cheddar burst in Lilac St., Marikina, especially for the huge fans of cheese. You will never regret it.. 😊😊😊

Went here about a month ago because they have a promotion wherein there's endless fries and bottomless iced tea for every Juicy Lucy Meal from 11am-4pm. Arrived there a few minutes past 11am. The place is a bit small so my friends and I have to be seated separately since there's 10 of us. I ordered the BBQ Crunch Lucy, a burger topped with BBQ sauce and potato chips. The BBQ sauce went well with the burger and I liked it. They were generous in serving the unli fries and iced tea. I only noticed that since they were having a promotion at that time, just before 12nn, the Juicy Lucy burgers were already out of stock. Overall, the burger is ok. They just have to improve on their service because it took us around 45 minutes before we got our orders.
