Not the best dine in experience last Sept. 2018, since not all food we ordered are great, some were too salty, some were too oily...But I think, restos like this, which seemed to be well accomodating to big family such as ours, compensated for some deficiencies in their food.We were served on time, and the assigned food attendant really is a pleasant to talk to (can't remember her name now, sorry).Food - 3Place - 4Customer Service - 5

Nothing special about their food the price is not worth it on what you buy. Screw the Ultimate Fajitas, its too different from the picture it’s more like a baby size fajitas that they gave forgot to take the picture but as if what they gave to us are left overs from yesterday business. For the value of 795 php its a joke that you gave piece of shit to us.I took a shot of our Supreme Sampler everything is just bland and I think they just pre-heat the food that’s why? Food is so bland! The place is too dark I don’t know if its too old or are they ready to close their store forever. Forgive me but everything tastes cheap from what we ordered 💔 Don’t go or try this place , don’t waste your money! Don’t believe the false advertisement they show.

service was good but the sampler we ordered was bad..calamari was smelly like rotten.mozzarella sticks was oily fries was ok and buffallo wings was just fine..

Burgoo is an American Tex-Mex restaurant known for unleashing the kid in you. They place a big sheet of paper on their tables, and a set of crayons. I always loved eating in Burgoo when I'm in Cubao, but not here.Worst service ever! When they take your order, they're prompt, but after that they're the slowest. I had to call them four times just to ask for ketchup and three times just to ask for the bill. Aside from this, you have to call them a lot of times before they give you service water. The staff doesn't look happy as well. All of them are friendly when they invite you to eat there, but it changes when you're already seated.I'm still giving them a 1.5 because the ribs were delicious even though it's not served hot. Actually, everything wasn't served hot. We ordered the 'Shrimp and Ribs Platter'. The Cajun spiced fried shrimps are tasty, but it doesn't look appetizing. We didn't touch any of the corn as it tastes like it was cooked a day before! The fries is too salty as well.Sorry, but I will never go back in this branch anymore. Too pricey, doesn't live up to what they serve.

If you want to experience how it feels like being rejected by your loved one and still hoping that he/she will give you a chance? Try dining in Burgoo SM Marikina. (pun intended)We regularly visit SM Marikina if we want to do grocery or just shop or wander around with my family. One bright lunch time, we've decided to give Burgoo a try since it says "American" which means big servings, yes?So we sat down, they promptly ask for our orders and we waited.and waited...and waited...After 30-45 minutes of writing stuff in their paper covered tables, our orders arrived but we still don't have our drinks. We are half-way thru our meal when our drinks arrived. Very disappointing.Oh well... Let's rate them shall we?Food: 3/5Ambiance: 4/5Service: 2/5Value for money: 3/5

Service : Not bad, good personnality, manager approached us, brought the baby seat without being asked. Totally acceptable !Food : The burger I got was such a disappointment. Bland bread, tasteless meat, low quality cheese and sauce. Everything in this burger wasn't interesting at all. We also got Nachos that would have been better if warmed up. Mozarella sticks looked like a messed up scientist experimentation.Ambiance : The kids drawings everywhere aren't matching at all with the idea you should have from this kind of place.Wine : Got a glass of Chilian red from a bottle that should have been opened one week before. I do think nowadays it isn't that complicated to find an acceptable pouring red in Manila. Prices : Painful comparated to what you got.Dear Burgoo, you won't see me again in the next few years.

Food and service was explicit. Amazed with an open kitchen, maybe thats the reason of a humid dining that time. Ambient temperature is not comfortable. You may really need to improve on the upkeep of the branch. Facilities and furnitures looks too old already and would soon sign off for a renovation. :) oh btw, abundant flies and saw a baby german cockroach around...😞😞😞

Food: 8/10Service: 10/10Ambience: 6/10Value for Money: 7/10My best friend and I ordered the Gambas, Chicken Quesadillas, Mashed Potato and Bottomless Soda (Coke Zero). Was really impressed by how attentive the waitresses were. I didn't have to tell them to refill my drink; they did it automatically, courteously asking before doing so, of course. In addition, the food tasted good, so we were satisfied. ☺️

We just had dinner at this restaurant and to our disappointment, we were served a rotten fried chicken topped in our jambalaya order. If this happened during the bird flu scare, I could have panicked big time. They should start praying that we don't get sick tonight because unfortunately, my husband ate part of the chicken wing before he noticed that it tasted different. This will be our first and last time to eat at this restaurant. Adios Burgoo! .

Food: 8 out of 10Service: 9 out of 10Ambience: 7 out of 10Overall score: 8 out of 10When I first came here, I did not much like their serving of food, I feel like its ordinary, plane ol' jane, but I decided to give it another try for the particular reason that I was looking for places where I could eat salad. Their seafood ceasar salad was okay for me. Not the best, but certainly better than what I have eaten in the past. Their service improved as well. The service staff were very friendly and accomodating. It's nice to know that they are improving in their establishment, and for that reason alone I give them 4 stars!
