My daughter and We 1st tried Tra Vinh a couple of years ago, and after that, we kept returning. I always purchase their Spicy Noodle combination with additional tendon and their lemon iced tea. My daughter would also order exactly the same with Vietnamese pancakeand new spring roll. We furthermore attempted their (pomelo) salad. The service is excellent. The owners are usually hands-on. The area is spacious and thoroughly clean (which includes their restrooms). What more would you require? And Yes! The purchase price is inexpensive. And the very best part? You could require 2nd helping of these soup for FREE!

Tra Vinh is kinda exciting to find as it is indeed near my home within Balintawak, and I came across this by possibility while browsing the Ayala Cloverleaf mall that opened just 10 days ago. Not passing the opportunity to evaluation another Asian eatery, I walkedin to sample the pho. It is a little bit startling to end up being educated by the waiter that I could elect to have noodles apart from the rice noodle, but determined contrary to the egg wheat noodles that I don't enjoy. Therefore their pho are called simply noodles and to obtain the rice noodle, you need to tell them specifically you need the "pho noodle" rather than the mami noodles that may have you find yourself like consuming chinese mami, I furthermore attempted the pomelo lemon tea, that is OK and a little serving of particular fried rice that have been not disappointing with regards to flavor. The beef brisket pho has been taken to me and I believe the flavor will be adequately authentic in Vietnamese terms. The brisket acquired good meaty flavor rather than to overpowering umami. The anise had been perfectly, although as a basil leaf fan, I has been again disapponted that there is insufficient basil provided, furthermore there is no slice of lemon to include zest to the broth. How big is the serving as large for just two people and sufficient for my one huge appetite. The place is usually bright, airy and quiet, mercifully there is no annoying music actively playing, or maybe as the mall was simply new, I really do hope Ayala will undoubtedly be sensitive enough in order to avoid flooding malls with various noise from their various renters. I have to try their espresso and dessert when I return back. Service was quick and attentive.

Visited the area twice once for snack foods (Mixture Beef Noodle Soup) and 2 times later for supper. Would recommend the Vietnamese Pancake w/ combination lettuce, lotus leaf, basil and mint wrap DIY, Vietnamese noodles w/ spring rolls and vegetables and the Pork stew w/ rice.Service can be excellent. Crew is educated, gives superb recommendation and also taught us how exactly to prep the pancake. We'd an enjoyable experience and an excellent meal. Paid in money no charge card yet this time around at their Cloverleaf branch. There's 4 folks w/ 5 products at pretty much around P1400 .

We came here for lunch time, the restaurant has great Vietnamese decor with the wall displaying its history. We purchased salad with shrimp and pomelo ate with fish cracker. Combination beef noodle soup, pork spring roll and halo halo dessert. Excellent lunch.

Tried their mixture beef noodle soup and I could say that it's truly authentic in comparison to various other Vietnamese chain dining places. However their clean spring rolls had been on the bland aspect but you can simply dip it to the sauces open to suit your taste:)
