I came across this restaurant to become quite weird. Why can you contact it “Tops” if you find no see of Cebu just like the actual Tops tourist place? We entered the area expecting it to become a tourist place. We had been greeted with an extremely weirdsmell and quite expensive meals for Korean BBQ. Perhaps it’s simply my preference. But we weren’t really thinking about staying any more than we had a need to.
