we ordered the hamburg steak, however when it arrived, it looks uncooked inside, but the outside the patty has already been burnt black, the most severe part is when we asked the girl manager if the meats is raw, she explained thatits already cooked plus they can prepare it a bit more easily want, she explained that the outer component could be more burnt. She can currently note that the meat isn't cooked properly (natural inside, burnt outside) but wont also apologize and provide to replace the meals! when she noticed that i had been upset, thats enough time she provided but her reaction was too past due, i simply cancelled my order. i love eating on tokyo bubble tea but this is actually the first time i actually tried this branch. bad service

Ordered salmon sizzling bowl. Salmon had been cooked flawlessly, the beef was dried out and overcooked perhaps microwaved. Sushi tower was fine to check out, average taste Overall ok. Just ok
