I have nothing against coffee bean. I always love it. However, this branch kinda suck. It's in the middle of recto Ave. And usually, customers here are so impolite to the point that they occupy the seat for the whole day. What a bunch of asses, right?! Anyhow. I wish they could expand the whole area. I hate it whenever they're out of seats eh.

I'm a frequent customer in this branch. Food, customer service and ambience are great. I have 1 issue tho, I hope it adds more songs to its 10-songs playlist. I know music playlist is not their business product, but please change or add songs. I never get frustrated over a coffee shop's BGM, but I'm really frustrated upon hearing 10 songs on repeat every time I come here. Haha

I frequently visit this place whenever I’m at manila to review for my upcoming board exam. The place and staff is great, it’s just that sometimes the music would play so loudly. Most of the customers there are students that are studying, I don’t think it would be appropriate for the loud music and I also would like to suggest since most the customers in this branch are students it would be better if the music would be classical piano. My favorite go to drinks here are the caramel macchiato (on ice) and the african sunrise tea (hot). Those are the two things I would like to recommend.
