Well you need to buy a card worth of 200pesos in order to connect to their shitty wifi. quantity wise, I would still go to starbucks cause this really aint worth my money. does not have any plugs or sockets and no bathroom. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DONT GO HERE.

Typical coffee shop. Expensive coffee and food. I know they removed the outlets already because I sometimes go to coffee shops when I study. However, the wifi would disconnect out of the blue and when it did connect, loading something would take a long time. The internet was so slow. The staff are nice. Also warm here during the day because of the sunlight coming in the glass windows and the amount of people here.

I prefer tea over coffee so I always preferred CBTL. This branch has a nice space with large windows and you can opt for al fresco outside. Their staff was accommodating when I modified my drinks. Their area is close to 2 comfort rooms. CBTL has special offers on certain days where you can order their drinks for only P100.Downside of this branch: when it starts filling up ain the afternoon, it tends to get noisy, and the wifi slows down and sometimes cuts off abruptly.

My mom and I went here for an after lunch drink, and to kill time (since my appointment isn't until 4pm). It has actually been quite a while since we had drinks here, and I'm not sure why. Probably because their prices are a bit high compared to other coffee shops? Anyway, we were supposed to go to Starbucks (since my mom has GCs which my sister gave her), but there were no seats available. Gong Cha, and even Happy Lemon, was packed as well! So we decided to go to CBTL. My mom loves Starbucks' Coffee Jelly Frappuccino, and I wanted to order a similar drink for her here. I chose the Ice Blended Original Mocha (Php 165 - Regular Size). Luckily, I saw the options for add-ons, and one of them is the Espresso Jelly (+ Php 30). 😍 I was thrilled, and I'm glad my mom liked it. She just said that the jelly isn't as firm as SB's, but she enjoyed the drink nonetheless. I also took a sip of her drink, and man, I'm not sure if it's because it has been a while since I've had coffee, but the coffee was REALLY good! 🙊💜 I wanted to drink all of it HAHA.By now, you should know that I love Matcha so much! 💚 I ordered the Ice Blended Matcha Green Tea (Php 165 - Regular Size), and I loved it!!! I opted not to have them put whipped cream on my drink, healthy kunwari HEHEHE. The drink was blended really well, you won't feel any ice crystals in it. 😁 I also liked how the matcha taste was more legit (compared to Starbucks' sweeter version). I would've wanted a stronger matcha taste though, but I think they chose to have less "matcha bitterness" in it, to cater to those who like matcha, but can't take the bitterness that comes with it; or those who are just starting to like matcha. I still loved the drink, though! 😄Service was pretty good and fast in this branch. -1⭐ because it was so warm inside! Not sure if the airconditioning units are defective, or it was just really warm outside so the A/C is struggling to cool the room. Ambiance is good in this branch (RP Manila), and it was generally peaceful so you can come here to study, work, or read a book. 👌

I love the chai tea latte. Wifey loves the matcha green tea. Both hot. Problem is consistency. Sometimes it's heavenly, sometimes it's not. The roxas boulevard branch is more reliable.

I have just visited this CBTL branch for the first time today. I tried the new Hazelnut Chocolate Latte which I liked so much. It's really thick and creamy, unlike the coffee in Starbucks which usually has more water and less coffee shots. When I arrived at 3pm, the place was already full. It was still full when I came back at 9pm after having dinner. The branch has no sockets and CR like most CBTL branches. I guess they really intended to take out all the sockets since this was also the case in the Shangri-La Mall branch. I'm a bit disappointed about this because I prefer CBTL over Starbucks whenever I'm working 😔 Like other CBTL branches, the wifi is also very slow... not sure if it's because of the amount of people in the place. Hope they could improve on this.

My go to coffee shop in Robinsons Ermita to finish some work or read a book. They also have cold brew, which is a plus, since not all branches offer that drinks.
