Love the food, brings back memories of the olden days while eating at their main restaurant in Manila. However just like what others have said, about this branch, service is wanting. Waiters are surprisingly inattentive, despite few customers. And when I asked for the bill, took them a whopping 20 minutes till I get my receipt and card back, saying their POS is down, but I’m pretty sure even manual inputting won’t take that long.

The best chicken barbeque ever! A friend once told me they have the best kare-kare. This is the first time I’ve tried The Aristocrat’s version. And YES! They do have a great kare-kare, one of the best versions for me.

I treated my aunt for dinner at random, so we went to the nearby SM City San Lazaro. Most of the restaurants were full and my aunt will not appreciate dining at an unfamiliar restaurant, so we decided to dine at Aristocrat. I ordered 2 Chicken Barbecue and Boneless Chicken Barbecue for me. I asked for Buko Juice, but it's not available. Minutes passed, so I made follow-ups 3 times and our food came after endlessly waiting for almost 45 minutes. And I noticed the table beside us got their orders in less than 15minutes.

When you dine with your parents, this is a must go to place. No matter how slow the service is, they have the patience to wait. As they say, "Patience is a virtue." But the wait is alwsys worth it. Yummy!#HappyTummy

I love the food of this restaurant. The food is not what's in review here since this restaurant has already established it's name when it comes to what they offer. However as to their service, that I could not say the same. Contrary to the service of their main branch in Roxas, the SM San Lazaro Branch's performance is disappointing. When I went there, the first thing that I asked is for us to be provided with water. The same waiter just gave us the menu and did not gave us water. I let that go thinking that the waiter must be really preoccupied. When we already gave our order which is just kalderetang baka and half bbq pork spareribs, the waiter gave us boneless chicken bbq. When I told the waiter that he got the wrong order he just asked me "ano bang order mo?" He didn't even bothered to apologize. It took them 10mins to give us the bill and another 15mins to give us the change and since we were in a rush I had to ask for the change 2x. I would understand if they are serving a lot of customer that time but they aren't so I really dont get why the customer service that time was awful. Oh and yes. I saw a baby cockroach crawling on their wall near the a.c. Soooooo pest contol is a must in this place.

I hate to give bad feedbacks and I hate to say this but... I really had a bad experience in this restaurant. The food is good I love the chicken but the service is poor. Even though there is no service charge you still have to serve and give your best. Poor service. 30 minutes for the serving of food is okay but when we ask for water they serve it after 30 minutes another 30 minutes for another dish and another 30 minutes for the bill is not okay anymore. We can understand the situation if there is a lot of people but no! I think only 5 tables are occupied. I'm saying this not to offend the management but for improvement. People are not only looking for good food but also for relaxing and comfortable eating experience.

Drop by sm san lazaro to buy something. After buying we decide to dine here for dinner. We ordered the.famous chicken bbq,sotanghon soup and my favorite beef dinuguan. Food is great but service is poor. The place is not that organize.

Good food but poor service. Ang hilig nila magpaupo ng customers sa mga alanganin area. Either dulo, or sa aisle, or sa gitna ng dalawang occupied na tables. Madami namang vacant chairs pero thrice ko ng na-experience mapaupo sa alanganing area. I agree with the other comments, matagal ang pag-serve ng order and sometimes it's not well cooked. I ordered their famous chicken barbeque na medyo may blood pa. I asked kung pwede pakipalitan, ang sagot pa sakin "Check ko po.".
