I love eating at Aristocrat! The place, the ambiance, the food is just nice! Whenever we celebrate a special event or occasion, we come to this place. May it be with my husband only on a night out or with the kids and my mom. We went here last August 17, after the oath-taking of my daughter for passing the CLE 2019, it was near PICC so this is the best place to go after any event there. The chicken bbq is the family favorite, pancit canton whom my husband really likes, and me, sisig. Here we ordered the classic Chicken BBQ and Pork Spareribs Barbecue (Half), Pancit Canton and Pork Sisig. My kids love their halo-halo and buco pandan for dessert. My husband enjoys having beer as well whenever we dine. We just adore the place and the food!

We arrived at the restaurant and we noticed that customers were being herded into a small, crammed and warm portion of the place despite availability of several tables in other areas. We were accompanies to a table at the corner of the area which we found to be very warm. We noticed that almost everyone in the area haven't received their orders yet and were drinking water. 10 minutes sitting down we couldnt even find a staff who can take our orders as the entire restaurant is severely undermanned. We just left and proceeded to the Shakeys across Aristocrat. The entire experience gave us the impression as if its a privilege for the customers to eat at Aristocrat and not the other way around. Disappointing for an esteemed establishment to fall from grace.

When you go to a restaurant, you're reviewing based on the experience it gave you. The bbq and chicken are both good, but the service is too slow. We waited for at least forty minutes for the food to be served.

Food is always good, service is fair. However their supposed delivery is preposterous. Just called in to have food delivered and was notified that minimum order is P2000, this coming from malate manila branch. I suggest you refrain from delivery sevice if you are unable to do so. Your competitor M is better. Hope you improve delivery service.

Service was not great in terms of cleaning the table. Servers should have a towel for cleaning tables. Halo-halo sucks, never order it here. The chicken was great. Ambiance is good for a family and not for solo diners. Stick to their bestsellers.

If i could only give 0 star for this resto. It takes 30 mins for us to be seated and another 1 hr for our breakfast meals to be served. It was very horrible. We think they forgot to punch our order plus, the kitchen takes forever to cook. Oh my god! If we could only refund our payment. We wont dine in this resto ever again!

The food we ordered took more that half an hour to be served. The food were overcooked, the soup seem inconsistent. For a food service, servers need to smile more. Only the security were accomodating.

We arrived at 7am and the waiter took our order at 7:12. We were the first ones to be seated when suddenly the restaurant became full. Our service water was served 20 minutes after even I followed up for three times. Our food was served at around 7:45am. We ordered Beef Kaldereta (this was good and the beef was soft and easy to chew), Lumpiang Shanghai (a bit bland), Shanghai rice (this was okay too), and 3pc chicken barbecue (the reason we’re here 9/10). We also took home their famous Torta Delos Reyes (everyone should try this! This is like the chocolate version of Conti’s Mango Bravo). Overall, Aristocrat food is okay. Just avoid the Roxas Blvd branch unless you don’t mind waiting and starving for 40 minutes.

Came to the restaurant around 9:00 to 9:10 pm and the waiter took our orders immediately since it was only 2 boneless barbecue chicken, sisig, and 2 mushroom soup(for 2 person). Soup was served at around 9:20 but the food was served at 9:50pm. Even the two big groups who ordered later than order where served earlier than us. They lack the prioritization of order in this restaurant. For the food, their sisig was too salty and their chicken barbecue has too much pepper on it. It saddens me because every time I went to the restaurant their service became slower and slower and the quality of their food gets poorer and poorer. Hopefully they check on this.
