    We love their classic baby back ribs, smoothies. As bistro frequent website members, we seldom go here because it can still be quitepricey. Customer service is okay.

    The service was slow even on a Monday night where not all the tables are filled. I had to wait twenty minutes for drinks. The taste of the food however was consistent with their other branches. Bistro group’s voucher discount is also a sham. I was hoping to use the 1000 peso discount on my birthday but their faulty system made it appear that I have already used it (which I have not). I hope they fix their system as the disallowance of their promised discount was very disappointing. We were loyal customers of the Bistro group (hence, the card). This experience has put me off entirely with the system. You pay a ridiculous amount of money for a membership card and you’d repeatedly go to their restaurants to make it worth it. We were repeatedly questioned by the manager about the use of the voucher (Which I have repeatedly denied as I have not used them). They managed to make a loyal customer feel like a criminal on her birthday nonetheless. Probably the worst birthday dinner I’ve had. Lol. Thank you Fridays! This experience is one of a kind. Safe to say, I won’t be coming near your branches again.Edit: The manager texted me to inform that I have used the voucher in another bistro group restaurant.(naming the restaurant and time). They were however, unwilling to provide the details whenI probed. I maintain that I have not used it before. Who would have thought that a simple restaurant dinner could cause so much stress? I’m not going back to any of your restaurants, Bistro group. Thank you for the anguish.

    TGIF ! Oh thank god it’s actually a Friday :D Coming in to this really crazy place serving American and Mexican. Well service was really good and quick :) no complaints in that at all ! Staff was super friendly and warm. I called for a Pumpkin Soup and it tasted really well just that It was a little salty that’s it. Caesar Salad was also decent enough. Truffle potato crisps was just like potato chips just that was a bit oily. It was all together a good experience :D

    Food was great but service was very slow.My husband & I came at around 1:30pm Robinsons Ermita branch on 05/21/19. Our server name is Jem. After ordering our beverage nobody came back to ask our food or to check if we had ordered. We ordered bottle of san mig light / mojito & it took them 20mins to serve. We did not order water because we believe that should be standard however, our server gave us only 1glass of water instead of two. After another 20mins finally somebody came back to us to take our food order. Then we ask her if it's possible to have another serving of the complimentary nachos bec we had too wait so long and she said no and it's only one time. We felt bad as guest who were waiting so long. She should have told us that she will check and come back instead of right away saying no for the people that they have neglected.Jem is friendly but she needs to learn more of Food Service as it will lead hear to beter waitress in the future. In addition, Supervisors has to do table visit rotation to ensure quality service. I believe that this should be looked into as it is a great significance of the crew, company product and Guest Satisfaction.

    The service is not good.. Im working also before in TGIfridays in UAE but before the guest leaves we are assured that they enjoy their dinning and we served the excellence service to the guest.. W/W she brought the wrong order..Then after that she just put our original food and then she left.. she never said anything..and also she remove my spoon⋔ but did not change it.. so that time we start to dissapoint. W/W inattentive..she need to apply the swan theory. But still ok to the 5 service standards.
