Talisay is Chef Mike Tatung's newest creation. Situated in a 1960s home along Maginhawa Road, the atmosphere lends itself to a family group home. One instantly feels at home, specifically with that small backyard outside the restaurant. Increase that the friendly support, you truly feelat home. We'd the pescado y coco, that was pampano seafood cooked in not-so-spicy coconut milk with tomatoes, ginger, and chilies. We furthermore got the beef rendang and the seafood paella. These were all tasty, so delicious that people decided to collect the Karne Norte con patatas. The cassava cake for dessert was sinful! Superb! Chef Mike outdid himself in this section. The restaurant is merely in its soft opening, but I note that this will be an excellent place to enjoy Filipino cuisine and at exactly the same time, feel like one reaches home.

Enjoyed our lunch encounter. The meals, the plating and the backdrop songs of poignant Filipino songs makes this restaurant unforgettable. The dark chicken curry and crispy pork belly is crucial to possess. The cassava cake and chocolate cake are usually both good to talk about andworth ditching the dietary plan for. You will need to take a photograph of every dish. Also the hot tea is properly concocted. The restaurant continues to be on soft open mode however the service does not have any hiccups and it’s already drawing an excellent crowd.

Venue was excellent, staff was corteous however the food was popular and skip. The salpicao was great, the gambas was okay, the balbakwa was somewhat acceptable. Nevertheless, the oysters monray has been served cold (two times), the palabok negra had been remarkably tasteless and the onlyvegetable dish that they had didnt possess anything to die for. Oh and the worst type of part, the beer has been served warm. Cannot recommend a re-visit.

I like the atmosphere of the restaurant that is a typical mid-century contemporary house built-in UP Village inside the 1960s. The cafe has backyard seating. The employees is very helpful and accommodating. That said, the overall sentiment of me and all my friendswho have already been to this eating place is that the meals is poor and costly within the course this cafe belongs to. Provided the purchase price, the servings are usually relatively little. The shellfish in the Paella had been not fresh and added an awful rotten flavor to the Paella. Since this restaurant simply opened, my friends and I remain giving this eating place time and energy to get its act jointly before totally quitting onto it given the proximity to the house.

We waited too much time. Ave cost per mind is P700. Might as well head to Vikings. Ave cost on the menus is P680 best for 2-3 3 persons. Paella has been around P800

Poor service, the girl staff introduced her title that she actually is Eden, she actually is acting such as Supervisor of the Eating place I assume but very rude just how she approached to all of us. She got our orders but she actually is in hurry and appears that no careat all. We laughed with her facial expressions first-time we encountered this top liner negative attitude. Foods is pricey, serving will be little versus quantity. Menu choice is very limited.

The cafe I've passed by before. Location for a small business meeting.. fine vibe..lighting is vivid yet relaxing..songs playlist reaches point. Employees are courteous… capuccino reaches par with any called coffee shop..however the glass cups indicates the miracles of water as it easily cools thedrink.. the Rigatoni pasta was excellent.. clean rest rooms too

The garden outside is often a calm place with a lovely arrangement of plants to invest time with great food and an extremely friendly staff. A suggestion around manila / quezon town.
