Place looks good and the meals presentation is nice however the food tasted simply so-thus. The tofu appetiser had been bland and we do not even finish one of many course we ordered because the Tonkatsu has been so lovely and cheesy. We like though theskewers but its kinda tough to mess that up.

I've no complaints concerning this location! There's parking. Meals is inexpensive. It tastes great as well! Presentation is very hip and great. The wait staff have become attentive. Just don't purchase the curry. Choose their sushi and sashimi meals.

This is actually the 3rd time we've been here. Tried the majority of the food, best and really worth thr money will be their Sukiyaki. Others like maki are usually fair enough. three times though restrooms were visited. We have been surprised that regardless of the number of workers they havestanding around, supervisor simply sitting by the end desk , it seems nobody bothers to completely clean the restrooms both for women and men. Floors are usually slimy and odor not pleasant. It is a shame as the decor was good. The same applies to the handwashing area. It is like no-one checks, therefore nobody bothers.

Got our tempura fix right here -- I won't need to go to Kimpura any more. Sushi was also excellent. The only real problem is parking.

We had supper at Soru Izakaya on our eldest’s birthday. Whenever we arrived, the waiters wanted to chill the birthday celebration cake in the ref. Since usual, the Tojo Maki (California Maki topped by crunchy shredded crabstick set upon a wooden panel and enhanced by dragonsdrawn using colorful mayonnaise), Saikoro wagyu cubes (nearly melt-in-the-mouth area wagyu cubes with sauteed veggies best for 2 pax), and Gyudon (tender beef) still left us quite satisfied. The waiters were courteous and mindful of our needs. After dinner, by themselves, the waiters presented the cake with a lighted candle, and also plates, forks, and a knife. There is no corkage charge for the cake. As the Estrel’s cake was very beautiful and delicious, we intend to return shortly for Soru’s Tiramisu, a cheese cake/ice cream-like base topped by chocolate shavings, mint simply leaves and blueberries in syrup. We'd a PHP 500 lower price (for a Minimal bill of PHP 1,000) for reserving our desk c/o Eatigo.
