Price was okay, a bit high from my expectations but the food was delicious. Wide variety and choices than the menu curently posted here in website. I wish I was able to try their dessert. I'll come back if given the chance to pass by Manila again.

My friend recommended this place because of my love for hummus which is i am now recommending you.The place is fascinating. The interior and furniture feels like we were somewhere in the Middle East. That's why we thought that one room is the comfort room but a prayer room instead!Anyway, we ordered 3pcs sharwarma meal and Kheema combo meal. These are budget meals but have big servings. But better check the menu before going bc they give the menu with high price.Surely be back for hummus and other dish.

The old hole-in-the-wall outlet is gone, replaced by a condo in construction, and what remains is the fancied up branch across the street, where I am updating my review. After a beautiful function nearby with friends and copious amounts of drink last week, it seemed right to do a late night run in this treasure of the neighborhood. It’s open till 5 am and closes for six hours, reopening at 11. We ordered a tasty hummus, moutabal, as well as chicken and beef kebabs. All of it was good, if somewhat salty, and something of a change in flavours. I didn’t find the bread to be as good as it used to be. Nevertheless, we could attest to the place’s command of an appreciative audience, even in the middle of the night. After they tear down Harrison Plaza, which is happening in a few weeks or days, I expect the original die-hard fans to make their way back here for their classic shawarma. ***April 2013RATED 3.5  Shawarma Snack Center, in my opinion, is the shawarma place against which all others in Manila should be measured. I'd like to think that its eclectic location on R. Salas, right between Ermita and Malate, has helped preserve its unpretentious character. Ironically enough, the owners put up an overpriced wifi-ed "restaurant" right across the street. Eat like a local and stick to the small hole-in-the-wall outlet; service is actually better. Most kebab-shawarma restaurants have cheap cutlery and serve their food on melamine plates; so does this one. One doesn't come here for ambience, but we like sitting near the window to enjoy the outdoor grilling in action - pita bread puffing up alongside handsome skewers of meat and vegetables cooking over hot coals. Everything is good - from the shawarma, to the kebabs, to their moutabal and hummus, to their kibda, or ox brain. They also serve flavored yogurt drinks (lassi), but big orders go down well with an order of Coke.

I was surprised to see that the old branch was already demolished but the one right in front of it is still open. Place was quite full even in the afternoon. I got my usual beef kabab with rice and it was disappointing. It's not as good as it used to be.

I was watching Mark Wiens Pakistan videos and started to crave for biryanis. This place offers one of the tastiest biryanis I have eaten. Love the taste of the biryani rice. Since I ordered the mixed seafood, only the fish portion was the big part, the shrimp was quite small and the squid was quite chewy but overall Taste was excellent!Beef kebab was dry but still tasty.I will recommend this to my friends. Place is jampacked too since its a Sunday. they do have a smoking area. They also offer desserts. Wish They serve Baklava.

After reading all the good reviews from a page in facebook, we went all the way to Ermita to try this place. They have a wide selection on their menu, price was reasonable for the serving size. Food was okay too and would recommend the Lamb Beryani. But after waiting 45mins for our food to be served we were expecting it to hot and all. LolGiving it a 3, for the long wait at 11pm with not much people.

Awesome Middle Eastern food, a bit pricey (300-500 per dish) but they have really big servings often for sharing. The thing is when you dine in, they only give you the huge menu with the pricey ala carte items. If you want the budget rice meals or combo meals you need to check the menu posted outside, they're not on the big menu. The shawarma is awesome, although yes it could use more filling. On my 2nd visit I tried the Shawarma rice meal (beef) instead which it already good value because it comes with rice, a large piece of pita bread cut into 4 pcs and lots of meat and veggies so you can make your own wrap. The beef was a bit dry, it would be better to eat it in the shawarma wrap than in the rice meal.Other items I have tried:Mix appetizer platter - 5/5. It comes with hummus, yogurt, moutabal and 3 pcs falafel and pita bread of course. Super sulit! Great for sharing.Quzi rice - 3/5. It's a pilaf type rice with chicken that has some raisins and spices. It was OK, but I think biryanis are much.Kebab grill platter - 4/5. Comes with chicken and beef kebabs, pita with sauce and toppings, frenchbfries and a grilled tomato. This is I think a solo platter if you're hungry but good for sharing if you're ordering something else.Grilled chicken platter - 4/5. Their grilled chicken is surprisingly good! It seems like it's half a chicken marinated in their special spices (possibly yogurt because it was really tender). It comes with fries and pita bread.Pistachio halawa - Super yummy sesame paste pastry.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ A typical middle eastern fast-food chain that offered completed meal located in the heart of Manila, Philippines. Value for money. Fast service. Staffs are friendly. Good food. Limited tables and chairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my personal favorite spots to eat in the area. It's a great place for kebabs, tikkas and beryani. Has smoking area that is separate and sheesha is also available.
