Rushed our granddaughter last night to the ER of Lourdes Hosp due to her high fever, we were told to come back after an hour & a half for the lab test results so we decided to have our dinner here, our 3rd visit actually. So disappointed w/ the pasta as it was lacking in sauce & tasteless; cream of mushroom, cheese & garlic bread, chicken & pizza were all good. Most disappointing was being charged for a pitcher of ice tea w/c we didn't order & never had. The crew said they will void the card transaction but the fear of being charged twice disturbed me so she suggested for a changed order instead, we can hardly think of any product to take so we jst opted for a lasagna w/c is P10 more expensive (they didn't charge us thou). They were having a big party at the function room but that should not be an excuse to make tipid the pasta sauce & charge you for something you didn't order. Nobody apologized for the mess. Grrrr!(Pitcher of ice tea not in pic bec we didn't order it but in our receipt)(No pic of the lasagna bec we hurried back to the ER. You know how tagal to order at any Shakey's outlet huh)

Walking distance from my place but opted to try their home delivery for the free pizza and softdrinks using shakeys' supercard.FOOD: American Salad - flavorful!!! right mix of walnuts, apple, and feta cheese giving life to the fresh romaine and lettuce. Noticed that their raspberry vinaigrette is delicious this time.Pepperoni Crrrunch (Thin Crust) - crrrrrrunchy and deliciousOrdering with a supercard gives you a free 1.5L Coke/Coke ZERO and a FREE PIZZA: Hawaiian Delight (Thin Crust)- cheesy but this time had less pineapple but more ham.PRICE: Budget-friendlyDelivery time: Right on time (took 20 minutes)Since my family is a regular customer, I can say that theirPLACE is spacious and cozy. Also has a play area (arcade) for kids and the kids at heart. TV keeps the customers updated with sports and music. Looking forward to try their function room.SERVICE: GOOD. There was an instance that i and my friend waited too long for our take-out order. The manager made amends by giving us free iced tea and a coupon.

FOOD HERE IS GREAT, AS ALWAYS!! 💯💯💯Perfect place to eat out with family friends!! Exceptionally affordable, they also offer promos and bundles for group customers. The food is served fresh and delicious!! Everything we tried on the menu was delectable, my ultimate favourite is their Carbonara, garlic bread and mojos!!! So happy they opened up a branch near our house, so we could come anytime we crave for some good and affordable family food!!
