The okoy (veggies and shrimps fried in batter) is crispy and tasty. The area is clean and costs are reasonable. Try out the eggplant salad and halaan (shell) soup. The crispy catfish rounds up the near ideal meal.

Last week, We met with a balikbayan friend from Canada and we visited UP Town Middle to possess lunch. I proudly informed her there are many foods establishments there also it would be excellent if we meet right now there to do just a little catchingup. I allow her select which restaurant she'd desire to dine in. At the front end entry of the UP City Center, you can find small menu like images of restaurant with information regarding the eating place cuisine. What attracted us both has been the view of the puto-bungbong of Salusalo The Filipino Feast cafe. My friend, a eating place and bakeshop owner is an extremely skilled gastronomer and me, as a meals technologist are both expecting something excellent from the restaurant. Therefore we were seated to a finely decorated cafe and tables are thoroughly clean and music is great so both of us enjoyed the ambience. Following a few minutes, our foods came in and both of us liked the ginataang tilapia and the sinigang na bangus tummy. However, while we had been eating, this waiter (forgot the name), continued considering our table as though something is incorrect. I overlooked him. But following a short while of him walking back and forth and glancing at our desk, I questioned the waiter what he desires. And the waiter stated, " Okay lang po ba kunin ko na ung plato? " I QUICKLY asked my pal if she's completed and because she appeared irritated with the waiter's misdemeanor, we permitted the waiter and I informed the waiter, " Okay, kanina kapa kasi tumitingin sa lamesa namin electronic." And all of a sudden, the waiter mentioned," Naghahanap lang po ng gagawin." And both me and my pal looked at one another, mouth open up in disgust along with his response. Okay lang sana kung nakikita namin na maraming visitors plus they need plate but also for him to inform us na naghahahnap lang cya ng may magagawa can be an absolute dismay! What's surprising will there be is no supervisor in charge whom we are able to elevate complaints. What's even worse? When the exact same waitstaff provided our costs, he handed it in a disrespectful way ( swinging hands very first and twisting both arms in order that his still left arm reaches the desk on our best, and his perfect arm reaches our table). We left him zero tip and still left the restaurant completely disappointment.
