salazar bakery is the best bakery, i usually visit and purchase from salazar bakery whenever i'm inside manila. the bakery will be spacious, cool, they provide the countless chinese delicacies, new, clean and at sensible price. they sells a lot of differents kinds of loaf of bread, hopias, mooncake, tikoy, cakes, machang, poultry pie, kuchay ah etc. this is actually the most complete and well-known bakery in chinatown.
