In college this is THE tapsilog location for me personally in UP Diliman. The best comfort food for whenever your brain's nearly fried. Since then several retaurants possess perfected the artwork of Pinoy tapa, therefore competition abounds because of this restaurant. Nevertheless, it comes with an edgeon its nostalgic draw for folks like me who've been eating here for many years. Tapsilog (fried healed beef-fried egg-fried rice) will be their specialty, however the tocino will be good too.

For me personally, Rodic's served the best-tasting Tapsilog for under a hundred pesos. I liked the direction they served it shredded positioned on best of garlic rice with fried egg. I was inside UP Diliman from 1983 to 1988, and We came to find out tapsilog from Rodic's. Hence, Rodic is, if you ask me, the original tapsilogan. Tapsilog is tapa with itlog (egg) and sinangag (fried rice). Their tapa is served shredded, nearly like flakes. It's afeel-good foods. The vinegar is really a little spicy also it complements the almost lovely tapa. Whenever I'm in Diliman campus, I usually make it a spot to stop by Rodic's. It brings back again good remembrances of my student times.

I usually eat here everyday since i have first tried this eating place a month back at Rolex location. Cashier knows me properly. I usually order their special authentic Tapsilog made of surface beef layered with sunny aspect egg. It savours my tastebuds that is why Ialways order that one.

Enjoy the hotsilog. My close friends had tapsilog plus they loved it. You can find more choices (karinderia design) now. The airconditioned region is little but its fine to seat outside specifically during past due afternoon and evenings.
