It was lunch time when we stepped in and the place is still spacious (and we figured out why later on). We had the traditional bibimpop on stone bowl and an order of bbq samgyupsal. Both come with unlimited kimchi and soup. The Bibimpop that we got was the worst we had. The egg on top seemed like a reheated left over from the day before. The texture wasn't like of a regular egg. The dish was too oily, as if 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil was poured over the bowl. The samgyupsal tastes okay. It came with 4 pieces (leaves) of lettuce and a cup of rice. The crew badly needs help in terms of basic customer service. No one greeted us when we entered, they dont look at the customers when talking to them, they dont pay attention, and do not acknowledge when they are asked of something (like kimchi refill or order follow up). When we left, none of them even said thank you. I asked a crew member for 2 pairs of chopsticks and responded "ok. ill have to take your forks" (in vernacular). And i was like "okay, but that's weird though." I mean, I have never experienced dining in a restaurants that would take your spoon/fork in exchange of a pair of chopsticks. 😐Not going back.

This is the place where i go whenever i feel the urge to eat korean dishes. I always order their gimbap which already became a comfort food for me. The staffs are accomodating and the place is cozy enough to enjoy your meal.

We also tried the Red Table in 2014 and we're happy to see that it grew from a fastfood looking-place to a more Korean-looking dining place. They used to have literal red tables back then but now it's more sophisticated.During our second visit, we tried their samgyeupsal and it was good for the pork was grilled and marinated in the sweet way we wanted. It also provided customers with sides to try on.Red table's attempt to extend Korean food to the masses is working because the price is reasonable.Read review of Red Table SM Manila at: http://www.eatventurers.com/2016/12/food-crawl-12-manilennialeats-to.html?m=0 | The Eatventurers

Place is well ventilated and okay. Quality of food is not that excellent but it's okay. Some food items are oily and some are bland. The price is a bit expensive for a group lunch or dinner.

This was a Korean treat for me. This was the first time I ate on a Korean restaurant, and I must say, it was a very good experience. First, the place. It was oozing with a very comfy ambiance that is very relaxing, although simple. The chairs are really comfy, and the tables are well spaced to not attract noise from neighbors. The food was amazing. We tried the bulgogi and the bimbap (forgot the specifics). The meat was very tender and tasty! It was well cooked, and the dishes/contents that came with it perfectly blended with the taste of the beef. The bimpap was good as well, although a bit lacking in the "flavors exploding in your mouth" department.Overall, I enjoyed eating here. The food, the ambiance of the place, and the company of my friends as well.
