I just find it funny that the female server was dressed as a geisha. It's unbelievably tacky for today's more culturally learned patrons.Their bento meal was overpriced,and average at best. The chicken lollipops were old so I had to request for a new batch.Rai Rai Ken's business model is dated. With so many Japanese fast-casual and casual restos these days, they might need to scale down (in terms of their quality) and reposition thenselves in food courts and provincial malls.

I ordered Miso ramen, but I felt like I ate sprouted mongo with miso soup, not a ramen. Mas marami pang toge kesa sa noodles. Mahal nga rin tapos bitin. I expected too much from RRK since the owner talked in our seminar last December 2017.

Binabawi ko yung sinabi ko kagabi na Php10 na ang jeepney fare. Kaninang umaga yung tatlong jeep na sinakyan ko Php9 lang siningil! I love Japanese food. However, my experience with Rai Rai Ken San Lazaro was unlike any other. This restaurant is overrated. And I could not forget the sashimi they have served us. It was Knorr broth cube sized cuts in 5 pcs max! For 380 ish please correct me if Im wrong. I never felt robbed like this before. if you cannot serve proper sashimi, please dont serve at all. I was so upset, did not bother to take a photo. How could you do this to my comfort food. Will never come back again.

What a disappointment. Got the salmon sashimi. First of all there was 2 pieces missing and the pieces they did managed the serve had same size as a fingernail. No wonder we was the only ones in the restaurant.

I love japanese foods, thinking of it makes me drool! Lately i've been a fan of japanese ramen. So we tried the Chili Garlic Ramen of Rai Rai Ken. 350php per order, and the waitress told me that it's good for sharing. Sounds good right? But when they handed us the ramen, I want to cry. It looks like an ordinary 'mami' that you can buy on the streets for just 10php! Even the taste was very ordinary. Haissst...waste of money!

Just bad. At a price point of 350 PHP, you'd expect decent ramen. What a joke. NOTHING ABOUT THE FOOD IS AUTHENTIC: the noodles scream instant noodles and the soup base is too watery. If I had a list of my top 10 regrets, eating here would be numbers 1 through 10.

First is we happened to visit as the last customer to be served. We immediately felt the unwelcoming vibe (maybe because they're tired and their store was about to close) which made me immediately ask my mom if we should stay. Since we're afraid that other stores may not let us in anymore, we stayed and ordered our food. The ramen was served a little cold. The soup almost tasted like water. The waiter kept coming back to check if we're done eating like every after 5 mins. Another thing is that the food was quite expensive which we weren't able to enjoy. I hope that everyone who works on the field of customer service understands how customers feel every time they do this kind of stuff.

Of all the Rai Rai Ken that I've eaten in. This was the first one I regretted eating in. I order Katsudon and it taste like pork with Soy sauce together with an eventful egg. The mango shake was not made well that I barely sip anything. Just the worst.I don't advised people to eat here. People who were eating looks very abysmal as well. I wish I was warned. >.

Mag-lunch kami ng kaibigan ko dumating kami mga 11:30am, 10mins wala nagbibigay ng menu samin after 15mins pa bago kami nakaorder tapos 12:40pm na wala prin order namin, tinatawag namin mga waiter pra i-follow up yung order hindi kami pinapansin, yung iba sinasabi "sige po" hanggang 12:45 umalis na lang kami. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😡
