Knew about it after the video of Mike Chen or Strictly Dumpling on Youtube. I ordered the oyster cake, which is the main star here. The omelette is crispy and the spicy is mixed well. I also ordered indonesian tauhu or cripsy tofu that mixed with soy sauce. The tofu is deepfried and so crispy yet savory. Very contrast with the soy sauce. I attempted to order chicken pie but not available at that time.

Their chami is worth dying for. I would personally give them a Michelin star for their chami. It's also not exepensive so if you're planning to visit Binondo, don't miss this out.

Almost everyone doing Binondo food trips will encounter going to Quiksnack in the busy alley of Carvajal. It is a compact place serving really good food that makes you remember how Chinese food us prepared at Home. I had the Sate Mi and the Lechon Kawali which were really delicious. Give any food in their menu a try and you won’t be disappointed.

A while ago, we went here to have our lunch. I ordered the Shrimp and Pork Bihon Guisado and a Fresh Lumpia. For me I liked the Fresh Lumpia, because the wrap was big enough. And also we have ordered the oyster cake. The proportion of the oyster is just okay. And it was delicious. 😋

Kuchay Ah, Stir fried Beef Mi.Kuchay ah was good. The crust was light and flaky; the filling flavorful as well. The beef mi has good flavor too but noodles were overcooked, so didn't really enjoy eating it.
