Food was great was great but we did not get to enjoy it all because we were busy dealing with flies that want to land in our food! It was like racing with the flies for the food.

President Tea House is located in Salazar St, quite near the bigger and main President restaurant. This place serves Chinese food ranging from dimsum, congee, soups, appetizer and cold cuts, noodles, seafood, chicken, beef and vegetable dishes. They also offer fruit shakes. I remember several years ago, they used to give stuffed toy freebies when you order their fruit shake. The price of the blended drinks was quite high which made me feel that I paid for the stuffed toy. If you're in the Binondo area, then you can check out this place.

If you are in for a food trip in Chinatown, then this is one of the restaurants that you should try. It offers a wide variety of dimsums, appetizers, soups, congee, noodles, and other main dishes (pork, beef, chicken, seafood and vegetable). Set menus are also available here. The dimsums and noodles here are good. This place is pretty packed during lunch time.

People may get confuse of this place as the same with president grand palace. Grand palace is bigger which can accomodate more people while tea house more like a private cozy place to dine. They have all ur favorite chinese food. From dumplings to noodles. To filipino favorites. Service was not that good. Wait time a little long. But the food is really good! A must try if ur in the area!

The taste of our orders was just okay. Our meals weren't that warm were when they were served to us. Price is comparable to other Chinese restaurants in the area. I'd recommend trying out other Chinese restaurants in Binondo.

The perfect place for dim sum and green tea in the afternoon. There is a wide range of chinese food available but I only tried dim sum, which were indeed excellent. And so was the green tea. The modern chinese decor predominently red create a nice atmosphere and the service is good.

At first sight, President Tea House was quite intimidating. They were not even part of Cheap Binondo Food Trip articles that can be found on the internet - - but I assure you that the price and serving ratio was all worth it.We had 2 servings of fresh shrimp hakaw and scallop dumplings, asado siopao, stir-fried beef hofan and steamed fish with garlic which we were all able to finish in no time. The dimsum were at it's finest -- comapring to the other dimsum shops we've tried. Hofan was something that we ordered just because it looks appetizing on the next table (haha!), but it never disappointed us. The beef toppings were huge and generous. The fish dish was their bestseller under Seafood category, in which we ought to try. It was delish but looks oily. Nevertheless, perfect as well.We were billed around 1100php for 4, which is not so bad.The servers were friendly and consistently serving us with a smile. Plus points for having wifi access!Time and date of visit: 2 Sept 2017, 12:30pm

This is an extension branch for short orders or dimsum place for some locals. Since their main branch is most likely being booked for events and celebrations. This branch offers seating for diners who just want to have a quick bite.
