Had late lunch time with my children here on Dec. 31, 2014 when I final visited Manila. Excellent selections in their menus, which delightfully included among my Spanish-Filipino favorites - Rellenong Manok (Stuffed Boneless Poultry) on a mattress of Mashed Camote (Fairly sweet potato). Myfamily sampled their additional dishes which range from their "pancit" with their "hito" (flathead catfish). We found their dishes really well-prepared and absolutely tasty. Portion sizes were perfectly and overall atmosphere of the eating place was casual. A great choice for supper with good friends and family members. Because of their cup facade and their area at the city center, airconditioning is definitely an problem in the dining region in the early-mid afternoon. Service was overall good, but certainly had space for enhancement and refinement. I later on learned that is their initial restaurant therefore I'm looking towards visiting them once again in my own next trip to observe how they're doing.

Its a good all Filipino Food cafe, but presented in the fusion way, a fresh twist, a fresh taste. Food is actually good, reasonable. Its not the same as the original Filipino food I've tasted and cost is reasonable. Car parking is not any problem, service is great. Ambianceis nice. Ideal for family gatherings and few dates.

We were invited for lunch time at Pinac for a reunion. It really is on the second ground of the U.P. Town Middle along Katipunan Road. There's adequate parking. First of all, the restaurant was ready to rearrange the tables therefore all 14 folks would be facingeach some other in a square setup. This made us really feel welcome. The personnel was helpful and individual; occasionally the ordering was such a long time because we were hectic updating each classmate with this lives. The demonstration of the meals was certainly innovative. The lumpia had not been really wrapped; the veggies were piled along with what appeared as if fried wonton wrappers and the bringhe experienced chicken skin chicharon at the top. The sinigang na hipon and the pancit canton had been served the standard way. I was dissatisfied with the poultry pastel since it was seasoned having an aromatic spice that i didn't like and the crispy pork stomach, which was likely to have laing, didn't have it. We furthermore ordered adobong kangkong. General, a very good spot to gather - - reasonable prices, outstanding service and delicious foods. Will eat there once again.
