I ordered their grilled pork, deep fried spring rolls and fried rice for lunch. The spring rolls lost the crunch on the wrapper but the flavor made up for it. Fried rice is well balanced. The grilled pork was a bit chewy and the food was cold on the side but i forgave them because the flavor is remarkable. The vinegar dip lacks chili, though. I had buko pandan as dessert. Nothing special. But still, i want to go back to try their noodle soup next time.

I'm very picky with Vietnamese food as my Lola is a from Vietnam and I've been there and tasted authentic Viet cuisine. The Vermicelli and spring roll salad, I like. Almost as good as what my Lola makes. The Pho though, the noodles is different. Even the broth is not very tasty. The fresh prawn spring roll is good :) especially with the peanut sauce. All in all, if you have a craving for Vietnamese food, Pho Hoa is okay to have your fix :)

Upon my dissatisfaction of TOSH, I ordered next door. Good thing they allowed me to eat it with my friends. I had one dish that I always get- The Vermicelli Bowl. It was a complete meal, health at that. It had fresh spring rolls paired with really good peanut sauce and a balance of protein from grilled chicken, crabs from noodles and vegetables abound. It came with sweet and sour dressing which can make you smile.

Pho Hoa should be at the top of your list if you're looking for a healthy meal at reasonable prices. I've never been a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, but after dining at Pho Hoa I might be craving for some Pho or those amazing Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls quite often. Let's start with the Goi Cuon (Php 145) or the Fresh Spring Rolls. Reviews have been recommending anyone who steps in Pho Hoa to get this appetizer, and I'll join the bandwagon. It's AMAZING! I love the freshness of it and it matches perfectly with that peanut dip. Definitely a must-try. For the Pho, I got a large Pho Nam, Chin, Gan, Bo Vien (Php 305) because it has everything in it. I liked every piece of meat in there, but I was craving for more Tendon and Meatballs! They're pretty tasty! The broth itself was light and healthy and you are given a separate plate with lemons, beansprouts, and fresh basil to add depending on how much veggies you want in your Pho. I highly recommend this, it's really a value-for-money bowl of soup because it's pretty huge! The restaurant here in Robinson's Otis seems like a food stall rather than a full blown restaurant, and it doesn't isolate you from the noisy surroundings. Service was nice, but nothing spectacular. Food came out really quick. Food Quality: 3.5Service Quality: 3.5Ambiance: 3.0Cheers, Chef Jay

I really like the soup here, nice taste, full of flavor, without after taste at the end. It is the healthy fried lumpia that made me come back to this place again and again not to mention their delicious sweet chili sauce. Just a regular decoration.

Have to call waiters 3x with the three of them looking somewhere else after making eye contact. Food was ok before. Now, the Pho noodles with beef slices are full of fat. Can't eat that. Meat balls are always out of stock or limited. Have to ask for water even if we ordered and asked for water instead of drinks. Bean sprouts looks withered (head brown in color, not yellow).

I've been working in Paco for almost five years and I only ate at Pho Hoa once. I don't know why but I just don't like it. Then after reading some feedbacks, they all say the same thing... "healthy food" It came to my senses, so I don't eat healthy?!? Haha will try this again and check on their menu. Maybe I didn't picked the right meal before. I'll have an update next time👍🏻

The place us not crowded bec. the mall is likewise small. The food is pricey but if you love viet food, you will find value to your money. Their soup is good!

Ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl. Loved the variety, color and taste of this dish. It was a nice balance of protein, veggies and carbs. Service was courteous and fast. Ambience clean and quiet.
