We found this restaurant after going to Cathedral Manila at night. Our feeling will be that the cafe is visited mainly by local. We picked meals we like, they temperature it up for all of us, we paid and ate. The food was good for the pricewe paid. Service was common, the employees did what's needed, however they don't smile (even though you smile at them). General, clean. I will recommend in case you are available to try what's neighborhood food is similar to. Nothing fancy - normal daily food for locals.
