This is a really busy branch. People come and go from time to time. Tho the staffs in this branch can really accommodate even if they're really busy they can still put smile in their faces while taking orders. What I love to eat at Pancake House is their 3pcs Chicken. I don't know but this chicken really different from the fried chicken of any fastfood or even restos. Aside from that Tacos is really good. Oh i forgot about their french toast. :D

Speed of service needs improvement. The banana walnut pancakes that I ordered where a tad undercooked but still very tasty. Amount of serving not worth it to the price.

Pancakes are considered typical breakfast food in the US although they can actually be eaten any time of day. Back in the 70s, Milagros Basa, Leticia Zamora, and Carmen Zaragosa, thought of introducing pancakes and waffles to the Filipino market, thus, the birth of Pancake House. We grew with them over the years and up to this day, they continue to flourish and offer exciting new dishes to us. Ironically, Pancake House's pancakes isn't really the best product on their menu - it's actually their tacos, chicken, and spaghetti since these three cater to the Filipino palate. Anyway, I visited Pancake House recently in Malate together with my sister and we actually availed their Choose Any Two Favorites promo. This actually means you can pick two out of their five best selling classics, namely their Salisbury Steak, Pan Chicken, Adobo Sulipan, Pan Grilled Pork Belly, and Seafood Croquette. This is actually priced Php 390 and your order of food comes with a free glass of iced tea. I got their Pan Grilled Pork Belly. It tasted like the typical Filipino liempo - it was salty, and good thing that it wasn't full of fat. The portion however, was very small not enough for me to finish my rice. I also had their Pan Chicken, which consisted of a drumstick and a wing. You can actually choose whether you want it in its original flavor or the spicy one. It actually tasted nice, however, just like the pork belly, the serving was little. We also availed their taco promo, you pay Php 143 for two tacos already. I had their Pulled Pork and Chicken and the Adobo variety. Both tacos unfortunately turned sloppy amidst its wet content, making it sloppy when it should be dry and crunchy. The adobo taco tasted so sweet, probably because of the mango salsa and its seasoning. If given a chance to order again, I should have just settled for their Original version. My sister and I also shared their Banoffee Pancake, one of the many new varieties. I loved its creamy whip, nutty graham and its fresh bananas. The pancake was fluffy but needed maple syrup to bring out its potential. I suggest that you visit Pancake House soon so you get to avail their promos. The Choose Any Two Favorites for example ends this August 31st.

The staff was very welcoming. The food was great. Hindi padin nag babago ang lasa, kahit na iba ang branch same taste pdn not like other resto. Fast service. Exceptional crew!

September 4, 2017, Me and my Mom had just dined at this branch around 1pm. The place was pretty busy at that time. We ordered the promo: "Choose any 2 for 390.00", mine was the burger steak and for my mom was the Pork. The burger is nice and flavorful, the gravy is also good for my taste and the sides is ok. The service was good all of their staffs are approachable and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement for this branch was the dining space, since it was cramped up but overall our experience was Good.Food 4/5, Service 4/5, CnC 2.5/5. 😁
