Ate lunch here and I was disappointed with the smoked golden tinapa.It was dried and over cooked (fried), I thought of returning my order but had to rush through lunch so I just went with it. I guess I should unlearn my fond memories of this chain in the future to help temper my expectations.

Pancake house has a lot of dishes to choose from but we always order the choose any two. Value for money and the quality and quanity is just right. I ordered the fish rolls and it was yummy! And many. Haha i also love their macaroni salad.

I was so happy when The Pancake House opened in Lucky Chinatown Mall. Now its convenient for me to have a good lunch whenever I'm in the area. The place is like any other Pancake House. Weekends are always packed specially for Sundays.Now they have a healthier selection on their menu, for a less guilty feel when you get the pancakes. Breakfast Beef Tapa  (Php 268.50)Classic Beef Tapa served with Rice. Pancakes 2 pcs (Php 158.40) I would get anything that has peanut butter in it. (+ Php 20) Its a little pricey for Pan Cakes but taste really good. Almondigas Soup (Php 121)The soup is a little bit salty for my taste.Fiesta Taco Salad (Php 264)This isn't really super healthy salad since it comes with a lot of Taco chip, but really good salad mix.Spicy Chiken Fillet with Brown Rice Pilaf This one is my #1 go to food in The Pancake House, my friend introduced this to me. So its basically chicken fillet with brown rice and a little mayo on the side. I Love it.I really like it here, staff is very efficient,  food is good, and more importantly everything is value for money.

I think this is a cool place to eat due to their interior design and their choice of color. Like the pastas but not a fan of filipino food here.

I'm glad this branch is back to the usual quality of food. My taco fiesta salad is back to the quality I like and the almondigas soup has improved- not too oily.

For all restaurants that I've dined with, this is far the WORST! For me, these are my reviews:1) Price - NOT AFFORDABLE. TOO EXPENSIVE for the serving size and uniqueness.2) Ambiance - the place is NOT cozy. TOO COLD. Tables and chairs are NOT aligned. Its CHAOTIC!3) Service Time - OH MY GOD! It was beyond my expectation. THEY were EXTREMELY SLOW! We had to wait 45 mins before a single meal is served. The meal was also NOT synchronized. After my friend's dish was served, it took us some time to wait for mine to be served! My friend's food got cold already while waiting for my dish. Couldn't they consider serving our food at the same time since we are together??? Also, same issue goes with our next dish ordered simultaneously with our initial dish, 30 mins to serve. We finished our initial food already...4) Staffs - NO TEAMWORK, SLOW and the worst part is, UNPROFESSIONAL/UNSKILLED/DISHONEST. Why? I do not know if this is an accident or what but it should NOT be. In fact, they should be very well TRAINED for this. My friend used a credit card to pay for our meal. Unfortunately when she checked her credit card balance after days had passed, PANCAKE HOUSE STAFFS DOUBLE DEDUCTED IT TO HER BALANCE!!! For almost 4 years of using her credit card, this is the FIRST INCIDENT that had happened. IT WAS UNFORGIVABLE! This is a HASSLE for us! STAFFS HANDLING CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS SHOULD NOT MAKE A MISTAKE EVEN IF THIS IS REVERSIBLE!!!5) Food - Average, nothing special and the serving size was small.6) Contactable? BIG NO! For all the contact numbers of PANCAKE HOUSE - LUCKY CHINATOWN MALL available in the net, upon calling, "NUMBER IS NOT YET IN SERVICE."I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with PANCAKE HOUSE at LUCKY CHINATOWN MALL!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK or EVEN LOOK AT IT. As for the public, PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Afrer a tired day and not satisfied with the food we had taken today we dine here for dinner we ordered what we always oreded. And it didnt dissapoint us. Love the food. Service is ok but place i think need some changes.
