This occurred last Saturday evening, July 13 within my Thai - SM City Fairview. To say "unpleasant" can be an understatement. In reality, we've not had an event at all since we still left the restaurant in a rush. I had been with my partner but sheleft for some time therefore i placed the purchase with a guy I first thought among the waiters. I questioned for seafood noodle soup, marinated shrimp and pork and breaded seafood but I simply recited the codes of every dish as mentioned in the menus. He repeated the codes but I must say i didn't pay much attention. Once the orders emerged, I was presented with a bowl of roast chicken rather than the breaded seafood. I said it had been not really what I ordered. The man came to our desk and insisted that it had been what I purchased; he said he also repeated the codes when i ordered. I mentioned, no, that isn't what I had at heart -- it had been breaded seafood -- plus I didn't value the codes. He stated that he would possess to shell out the dough but I mentioned that I would not really eat it because I'm not keen on chicken. When my partner spoke, the ill-mannered waiter photo back by stating that she had not been there when I positioned the order, type of stating she should simply shut up. Irritated, I said we'd cancel the purchase and we immediately ready to leave. Nevertheless, I considered reporting the incident to the supervisor before leaving therefore i asked for the supervisor. The guy without manners told me they have no supervisor but he could be the supervisor. Oh properly, I think he could be another classic situation of somebody who was simply given higher place but without training in great customer support and basic great manners.

We tried this yesterday evening and found the eating place to be quite great. We weren't genuine adventuresome, we purchased pad thai but foods was delicous and affordable.

I had lunch time here last Sept 30, 2014, and ordered Thai Fish Fingertips and Vietnamese iced espresso from the affiliated Pho Hoa Vietnamese Eating place, and thoroughly enjoyed the crisp seafood fingertips, the spicy dip, contrasted with the caramel sweetness of the iced espresso. I alsonoted the freshness of the meals. Service has been prompt, though this is simply not a fast-food cafe, so it took time for the orders to reach. Recommended for anybody jaded with the most common Italian-Chinese-Japanese-United says circuit of food.

I often dine as of this cafe in Eastwood Libis when craving for Thai foods. Best retailers for me will be the adhering to: Pad Thai Shrimp or Poultry, Pad Notice Ew, Bagoong rice, boneless grilled poultry and beef curry. The Tom Yam soup is wonderful for thosewho appreciate spicy and sour seafood soup but might not be the perfect taste for an area. I recommend this eating place to anyone who would like to try Thai meals. They will have a wide collection of food choices within their menu apart from the ones that I mentioned.

We brought people to this place who have been vegetarians along with non-vegetarians. The vegetarian options were limited, however the food was good.

In the event that you crave for a Thai food, My Thai is really a place to go to. We had lunch time at their branch at Gateway and the meals is very great. I would recommend the pomelo salad and also the bagoong rice

If you value Thai cuisine you then should try the meals at My Thai. This is a chain eating place that specialises in genuine Thai food. The atmosphere is great and the employees are friendly. You obtain your meal in 10 to 20 mins.

Good service. Nice selection of dishes, actually for vegans like me. The area will be in a mall, hence not for large groups. It provides Thai and Asian options.

I tried multiple meals as a vegetarian. Recommend the sticky rice with mango, ice-lotion and coconut milk. It's amazing. Furthermore, Thai curry with Tofu is crucial have if you value spicy food. I enjoyed the crispy mushrooms

We have eaten many times in this cafe and recently they will have added options where even more vegetarian or vegan meals are available. The meals tastes great and the support is very good.
