I don't believe the employees listed below are not even pleased to serve the client. Since when I entered, they doesn't actually greet the client. They're not occupied at all. They're simply holding their telephone and enjoying the wifi! Will be that how they treattheir consumer? I don't believe so... And the area is so hot despite the fact that its an air-conditioned location, I cannot feel the air conditioning at all. But, the flavor of the milk tea is excellent.. :) :)

For me personally, Moonleaf Tea Shop is merely an average because sometimes their service isn't quite good but their food is great for me personally. The atmosphere is great as well since it is usually well-accomodated by the clients.
