I had lunch with co-workers at the Meat Depot branch in U.P. Town Center. Using one aspect of the cafe is a walls of refrigerators with shelves of different varieties of meat. Once you have made your decision, you take meats from the refrigerator andplace it in the small basket alongside the order slide where you indicate the way you like your meats completed, the sauce and part dish plus your drinks. I had ribeye moderate with spicy pepper sauce and mashed potatoes. The meats has been juicy and tender alone. The spicy pepper sauce additional some zing to it. And during the nearly hour-long lunch, in no way did I flavor the fatty build-up that usually comes whenever a piece of meats has been seated on your own plate for long. Your kitchen crew of Meat Depot actually know their stuff. The restaurant comes with an industrial vibe to it interspersed by the witty quotes on the board and on the wall. Overall, it had been a pleasant dining encounter at the Meats Depot worth another go to.
